I would just like to mention that the speech doesn't stutter like in the video.
Must be the bandicam capture software...
You can see the same build on my YouTube. Go there and select a higher quality.
Note that even in my video capture, the scrolling food sometimes seems to jump forward and this is also due to capture recording and doesn't happen in the real game or in emulation.
I should have noted that my video capture is a little slower then the real thing also. Bandicam use to work great but something on my computer is causing it problems.

I remember the cartoons

I watched the new movie today made in 2004. I thought it would be horrible going by reviews but they actually did a good job with it. It was worth watching and I like the set up for the story.

So what is different in this version over the original Fat Albert hack that was made by DaveM (David Marli)?
CHANGES:
- Fat Albert sprite has been redesigned and is now the correct colors
- All food items have been redesigned
- Fat Albert must now avoid an animated dog sprite and not the dreaded purple pickle.
- The dog makes a woof sound when Fat Albert touches it.
- Voice has been added to the game intermissions.
- Redone title graphic to show sponsorship by Jello Pudding Pops
- Lives remaining are now shown by six heart symbols that are replaced one by one as the player gets bitten by dogs.
- Several minor touch ups throughout the game.

It would be fun to make a satirical version called "Dirty Bill". Of course it would need all the food changed to various items from his "hobby".
