So there is now a paywall to get online for all three major consoles, but not on PC. Where/when did the console industry go wrong?

  I can go online with my PC, for no extra fees. Other than standard internet connection costs.

  The consoles went wrong at PS3 Because they became more like PCs! (Overcomplicated controls) Stupid teenagers online, DLC, Headset mics...But I still don't want to play games on a PC sitting 12 inches from a screen when I could be using a Console or arcade cab like god herself intended.

  Consoles forgot they are supposed to be gaming consoles using physical media! PCs are supposed to be hooked to the internet for things, not a game console!
