Yes, both NTSC.
The cart has the raised Tigervision logo on the back.
I thought maybe the front label was a reprint, but that seems like a lot of effort for a not too rare cart.

I recently got a King Kong cart that has gold lettering for the copyright on the label
Side by side with my older copy

Close up on lettering

Does anyone else have a Tigervision cart with gold lettering on it?
I've never seen this before and cannot find any information on it. Just struck me as weird.

Sorry, I was trying to be amusing:

We know of a place near Simpson Ferry Road in Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania, called Pro-Am Photo And Video; every July, several thousand Atari carts arrive there.
Wait. That doesn't make any sense. Sorry. That's just idiotic, if you'll forgive my saying so. That's just stupid, "several thousand"...impossible! Meaningless!
But you can't emphasize 'Atari', that's like wanting me to emphasize 'several' before 'thousand'! Come on, fellas, you're losing your heads! I wouldn't direct any living actor like this in Shakespeare, the way you do this! It's impossible!
This isn't worth it, no money is worth it!

Yes, just the copyright is gold lettering.
