With Donkey Kong VCS now working on the flashback portable, I wonder if anything could be done to get Space Rocks or Rally X to work?

No worries Rick. I still listened to the episode because you all can still make an ordinary game episode entertaining. That's what keeps me coming back. I have games on the INTV that I like and dislike. I look forward to the episodes of the games I love. The ones I don't I still listen to the other segments of interest in that episode. Not many podcasts can deliver like you guys do!

That's funny, I thought the game itself was what got in the way. I mean how exciting can card video games be? I know the guys plan to cover all the games and that includes this one, but there must be something that can be done to cure the boredom for some of us?!

At Games has proven the SD card slot works on a portable. Why can't this be possible for the 2017 flashback console? Seems like it would be a great upgrade besides the HDMI!

There are times where a touchdown is counted as a safety. Instead of getting six points you are awarded two. RThis has nothing to do with a two point conversion. It happens only once in a while.

Right, I get all that. My fond memories were of Super Pro Football because it was a step above the original NFL Football. Plus you could play the computer. Super NFL Football is even a step above Super Pro Football which draws me to it even more.

I enjoy the Intellivision homebrew Super NFL Football even with it's many bugs. I don't here this one brought up much on the forum. Is it generally disliked by the community or something? Nothing is as good as Madden Football 92/93 on the Sega Genesis. Have to give props to the ambulance driver in 92! Check out the montage. I call it "human bowling!"

When starting a new game in Berzerk, you are not able to shoot right away because there is a "dead zone" affecting your ability to shoot. I've discovered you can get your guy to shoot if you move around a little and then start shooting. But at the initial position starting on level 1, there is a problem with firing bullets, hence the "invisible wall" tag people are putting on it.

I like it! Reminds me of the Calgon commercial except... Galagon... take me away! I would be saying this when I give up one of my ships in the tractor beam! Gylygy (pronounced gil-lig-e) has a nice ring to it!

Is this supposed to fix the bug in the portable version where some areas you on the screen you cannot shoot?

Here are a few names I came up with: Galagian (a mix of Galaga & Galaxian) Galactic Defcon Galactic Defender Galaxy Invaders Galaxy Quest Got stuck on "Gala" since the original titles started that way. Let me know what you think!

That's spot on Cmart. Now you are just preaching to the choir, but it needs to be said. Maybe you could mention this on the next Intellivisionaries (assuming they let you back on)! We need to "rally the troops!" Seriously though, when I heard Slap Shot was being tweaked for a new release, I felt like a kid on Christmas morning. Please release this game to the Intellivision community Dave. Pay no attention to those strange people asking for street hockey. Nothing to see here. Move along!

I don't think this is true at all. Sounds to me like it was more of a joke. A simple poll will tell you that your hack would be a welcome addition to the Intellivision community!

Fair enough but for the people that really want the update for slap shot, I think you would be making that fan base very happy too. For the record, Slap Shot has needed updated for a while. I am a hockey fan and the idea of a street hockey game just degrades the game and would make it less fun to play IMO. besides, I would think it would be long enough between releases that it wouldn't overshadow the hack. Please reconsider releasing this. Thanks Dave!
