Found some here: http://www.rcparty.com/ ordered. We'll see. Ironically the problem may be that they are made of metal (brass probably), which means they won't let themselves push-fit on the axis and heating them up may not be enough.. we'll see.

As for the gears: EA-055-13 seems to be the part number we have to look for. I found it in many catalogues online but.. availability "out of stock" :-((

The exact specs have to be measured but it should have bore of about 1.5mm OD about 3.7mm and (AFAIR) 13 teeth. Nothing comes close there as far as I can see..
