  1. @ Everyone: It's all good. Lets all have a game of PacMan and a few drinks. Cheers Pete Manager RPC Games!
  2. @ Popmilo: No nothing like Mercenery. Wow I totally forgot about Mercenery. What a great game. @Irgendwer: No, nothing like Trion 3D but it looks like a cool game to play. Pete
  3. @ Popmilo: Because our game Centron 3D will be a commercial product I can't really say too much about it. What I can say is: Is it a Doom type game? NO. Is it a elite type game? NO. Is it a freescape type game, NO. Hint: If you like flying around over a 3D object plane and ...... That's really all I can say at the moment. I shouldn't have even said that. We should have a demo in a few weeks. I know everyone is so eager to see it but all, please be patient we are working on it. Thanks Popmilo
  4. @ Stephen: Yes I've heard of the game and seen the YouTube vid but I didn't follow it. What happened to it?
  5. Wow !!!! Guys, take it easy !!! I can assure you we are creating the game. I worked on the intro screen yesterday using colour interrupts and Verticle Scrolling, and YES please wait for the demo and decide for your selves if you want to buy it or not. It's totally up to you. And no, preorders will not be taken. Please, just wait for the demo on YouTube and decide for your selves. Our website has just been enabled and we are just setting it up, that's why the PayPal link is not working yet. With the YouTube 256 colour demo, I just wizzed it up in about 1 hour. It wasn't suppose to be a Graphics Demo with wiz bang animation and music it was just to show all of the Atari's 256 colours on screen at once, that's all. A few of my mates asked me to do it. What were you expecting a 3D 256 colour landscape? And with our game Centron 3D, YES it is in production, YES we are working on it and YES when I can get a working demo running I will post it on YouTube for everyone to see. and NO, we won't be scared away from creating this game. If some of you don't like it, please don't buy it. We are creating this game to keep our Atari's alive. @GUNSTAR: Your right, can't people just give us a go first before they knock us down. I guess you can't please everyone. So please, wait for the Centron 3D demo, we are working on it. Thanks guys again for your feedback, all is welcome, even the negative feedback. Pete Manager RPC GAMES (Australia)
  6. @ ilemenit. Thanks for the link. I see they ordered way to much carts and they didn't sell so they lost out. We don't work like that at all. Pete
  7. Hi everyone, our website is finally up. www.rpcgames.com.au and under construction. And now to get our first game rolling. CENTRON 3D for Atari 8-Bit. Pete Manager RPC Games www.rpcgames.com.au
  8. H Everyone, thanks again for your feedback. @ProWizard, We have been coding in 6502 since 1986 when we first bought our 800XL machine. And yes coding on the Commodore 64 as well. From that Atari STe and Amiga. We also did a Atari 8-Bit 256 colour Demo on Youtube. See here http://youtu.be/hTJ3DIMGAQo So thanks ProWizard for your support but we do have the knowledge and the hardware manuals for the 8-Bit and 16 Bit Atari's. @ Popmilo: hehehe No, it's not a get rich scheme, it's a keep our 8-Bit Atari's alive. Also we are thinking of a digital download option but no results yet. @ Everyone else: Our game will check for extra memory and if it's available then it will use it. We also have an 800XL 64k machine and will make sure it runs on that as well, so our game should work on the 65XE as well. Oh, we are in the process of creating our new website as well. Pete RPC Games!
  9. We would definitely buy an English version and possibly submit a few screen shots of our new 3D game for the 8 Bit Atari's. Pete
  10. Hi Everyone, thanks for your feedback. And now to some answers. @Bunsen. Yes we are new and we are setting up a website this week and YES we have never met, but have you met all the Atari game designers? You don't have to meet us to buy our game. Once you see the Demo on YouTube you can make up your own mind if you wish to own it. It's totally up to you. But we WILL be pushing the 130xe to it's limits that's for sure. The YouTube Demo will be recorded on an Real 130XE and not on an Emulator to show everyone the true colours and speed of the game. @Gunstar: YES it's going to be a commercial quality game. We are going to put every effort in the game, specially in the Graphics and colour Dept. We believe if you work hard on a piece of software then you expect to be rewarded with at least $10.00 per game. We think that's very reasonable and if people want to write commercial quality games and not get rewarded for their hard work then that is totally up to them. It also gives us the initiative to produce more games which keeps us Atarians interested on our Atari 8-Bits. @Everyone else: Thank you all for your support. We should have a working Demo in a few weeks right after we find where the ON button is hehehe Just kidding Thanks again Pete Manager - RPC Games! (Australia)
  11. Thanks guys, this is just the feedback I've been looking for. We'll be pushing Antic, Gtia and the 6502 to it's limits and we'll be writing highly optimized 6502 code for the fastest 3D routines we can. If we can save a few machine cycles here and there then we will. We won't be using other peoples routines either, just our own. Thanks again for your feedback guys. I will let you know when the YouTube Demo is available for viewing. Pete RPC Games! (Australia)
  12. Hi everyone, Pete here from RPC Games! in Australia. Great news, we have started creating a brand new 3D game for the Atari 8-bit line of computers but need to know if anyone is actually still interested in buying a new game for their Atari 8-bit computers? Our game will be available on 5.25" floppy disk and cassette and probably be around $10.00 AUD (Australian Dollars). We are 100% pure 6502 assembler coders from the 80's and 90's that still own our Atari 8 bit and Atari STe 16 bit computers and all is still working perfectly . So please let me know if your interested in purchasing a brand new game for your Atari 8 Bit computer. Payment for our game will be made via PayPal just to be safe. So if anyone is interested in purchasing a brand new game for their Atari 8-Bits please let me know. We should also have a demo of our 3D game on YouTube in about a month. I can't say too much about our game but it is in 3D. We have started it already. All feedback is welcomed. Thanks Guys and long live Atari Computers. Pete RPC Games! (Australia) We will also be creating games for the new RetroPC1010 when it's released. www.retropc.com.au
