Hi I am wondering if my Atari 410 is broken or if I am just stupid. I cannot get the thing to load the games. I keep getting the error 138 or 143. I figured the games needed to be rewinded but when I press rewind nothing happens. Is there something special you have to do to make it rewind or is my 410 busted?
