Wow, my hype lowered after hearing about the ataribox being crowdfunded... I hope I'm wrong, I really do, but I think this thing is dead already. Seriously, I keep hearing about broken promises with kickstarters. I don't find them reliable.

Hey guys, go to the ataribox Facebook page, whatever this thing is, it looks like it'll have two models. One with woodgrain, and one with a light orange color.

Despite not getting much love from critics, I find this to be a pretty fun and playable football game.

 

Tecmo Super Bowl for NES and Troy Aikmen football are my two favorites. I might start a new season for Troy Aikmen soon.

I've been playing Yars' Return on my Atari Flashback 7. Also, for some reason I've been enjoying Mario Bros. on the original 2600.

It's already out there... sort of. There is an Atari 8-bit port called Yar's Strike, which could be moved to the 5200 if someone had the gumption. Sorry to say though, it's not the greatest version of the game.

HAUNTED HOUSE III UPDATE

This game project has been making progress slowly. But hey, everything is working, and I am glad to show off how things are so far.

I will continue to update everyone on how the game is running, as well as snapshots, hopefully gameplay footage, etc.

[Haunted House Project.]

Heya, guys, I don't know if any of you remember one of my first threads on Atariage. I posted something about "Haunted House III". Which eventually got cancelled since my developing partners kind of quit on me. However, I found a solution and began making my own Haunted House project. Of course I just began as of now, this being said I already have some artwork done to give you an idea of what it will be like. So here is an image of the title.

 

I will continue to post updates of the game, as well as more snapshots.

 

 

Plans as of now:

I plan this to just be a free-to-play game available for PC. Plus if I even plan on selling the game in the future, I would probably have to change the name because of copyright crap. I would love to see this play on an Atari 7800 or a Colecovision, WHO WOULDN'T?

 

Haunted House: Slashers should be available on a website known as "Gamejolt.com" when the game is playable.
