Not an insult or reflection on you, Jess. In the movie, the TV Execs were making fun of what slobs the fighters were at this dive bar they were searching in; little did they know, the guy was in the restroom with them and came up behind them and looked down. Upon looking down, he laughed at them and said "It's itsy-bitsy teeny weenies!"
