  1. PS. The next version of Herox is coming up I think. My 6 year old is doing the designs of the new screens on the refrigerator... Sent from my VIE-L29 using Tapatalk
  2. I think ti99iuc mentioned that it is slower in the "JS99er" version he uses on the Italian website (game room), not too sure if it is set to 50 Hz. but in Classic99 you also can try that using 50 Hz. Default is 60 Hz. but not too sure if I can score higher on a slower mode. I kept playing at 60 Hz as the 1st screen I almost can play with my eyes closed! I also agree that in each level you can wait for a while before playing to gain some extra bonus (e.g. in level 2 this is beneficial). This was a fun game, love it.
  3. Wow and that includes challenging countries as well! You helped me so much with the /4 to get it working again, that I am thinking to video everything here first ("unboxing my own boxes") at least we have a record and a memory of it, but I am limited in space here and also in time. In NL I got all my old cassette tapes, also need to do a video about that when I am back. Fond memories of "Air Defense" and "Let's build America" one of the first TI-99 programme I used. (and module wise for sure it was "Video Chess", "Car Wars" and "Blasto" and later on "TI Invaders" and "Munch Man") I believe that's all we got in the beginning in 1982...time flies. but I really want to see you on a picture with the complete /4 + all sidecars built up! (I love that story that it did not fit on the table anymore you mentioned last time). If you make that picture it will become very popular as there are only 1 or 2 pictures out there.
  4. Hi Omega!, Is this the latest directory to download all in one go? (http://ftp.whtech.com/Cartridges/FinalGROM99/) ——————————————————————————————– Quote MultiQuote Report
  5. Would that be the same in Firefox using: http://js99er.net/fullscreen.html (and CTRL - (minus) to make it smaller)? What ... you played that score on a keyboard? that's excellent (I had so pain when doing the Munch-Man competition on a keyboard). Here is a solution :-) Just Kidding: https://www.bing.com/images/search?q=finger%20protection%20for%20guitar&qs=AS&form=QBIR&sp=5&pq=finger%20protection&sk=AS4&sc=8-17&cvid=0E99A63A662449CBA2EDB17B490036C4
  6. For Tursi: in level 3 (or 4) it is possible to jump off the platform on the 'Bonus' and walk on it without dying. Sent from my VIE-L29 using Tapatalk
  7. I am just curious to get these scores you need to jump over the worms in the same direction correct? It is a fun game, but no time to play. Sent from my VIE-L29 using Tapatalk
  8. Still I cannot decide to ship these TI-99/4 and TI-99/4A boxes from Thailand to The Netherlands....or leave the system here in case I come back in the future. It would mean that at least 1x black and silver console + PEB + disks made a world trip then (from Netherlands, via Singapore to Thailand and ... back to NL). In NL I already built-up a setup with a beige console with FPGA18A, Finalgrom + nanoPeb so hardware wise I am okay. Sent from my VIE-L29 using Tapatalk
  9. I agree, that's the only place to score more, but it is very hard to jump over them in the same direction. I also tried different strategies in that level. Seems to beneed to try harder to get over them Sent from my VIE-L29 using Tapatalk
  10. I cannot get the joysticks to work. Did not try joy2key yet (using my other computer). This is classic99 60hz Sent from my VIE-L29 using Tapatalk

  16. I am unable to pass 2nd level 3rd screen with rocks. 18430. Sent from my VIE-L29 using Tapatalk
  17. Sorry it should be 50Hz (guess I worked too long in Wi-Fi teaching about bandwidths like 20,40,80 MHz...) Sent from my VIE-L29 using Tapatalk
  18. All TI's / PEB, etc packed-up. Hope to set them all up once they arrive back in The Netherlands later this year. Sent from my VIE-L29 using Tapatalk
