  1. We have a wide format Deskjet at work, and can print a banner 24” wide by 150’. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Here’s MoparStephen’s video running Wordstar on an Indus: https://youtu.be/Z21kW0uQOyE Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  3. Here’s my pic of your setup: https://photos.app.goo.gl/fzdDqr2wWGGz3bpL8 I guess I never shared my pics or write up about Tandy Assembly! https://gtia.com/2018/11/11/tandy-assembly-was-pretty-awesome/ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I use either an Xbox One or USB Xbox 360 controllers. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. That's exactly what I've thought, but I don't have the programming chops to pull it off. It should also be able to act as an SIO2PC. Bonus points would be an XEP-80 emulator, using the GPIO pins and a joystick port.
  6. It requires an 8Mb cart, so it will only work on the 8Mb AtariMax carts or the Ultimate cart. It will not work on the Uno or AVG cart.
  7. Revisiting this thread... I was trying to use the dump of my cart to create some screens in Altirra, but ESC-G to switch graphic sets will only switch to number 2 and stop. The Infosoft/5000 that is on AtariMania doesn't accept input. Well, it sort of does. If you type a character and then move right with the cursor key the letter will show. Anyone have a dump of these that does work? My cart works flawlessly except I can't save without the system disks.Plus, I can't easily capture the Atari screen.
  8. Google has released their squoosh app, https://squoosh.app, which can resize pics in the browser. Here's the windmill pic from above resized in Squoosh to 1024x765:
  9. The 1200XL blew the Apple //e out of the water, and the Apple was priced at $1,400. I’m sure that had some influence on the pricing of the 1200XL. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. If only the 1200XL was released with 80 column support built in...
  11. Yes, atari800 is available outside of Retroarch. I set up my Raspberry Pi A to boot directly into atari800. It works, but doesn’t look nearly as nice as this set up because I haven’t changed the boot up image to be Atari related. Works really well, even on the A. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. I think you need to install Atari800MacX on that! Why is the case white? Or, better question, how?
  13. From reading this thread (and IANAL :-), it seems that Video61 is on the hook for copyright infringement, $250,000 for every copy sold. That is, if Bally or Atari wanted to push it.
  14. What's the agreement with Video 61? Can Fandal put up the ROM for digital downloads? I'd buy it for $10-$15 bucks.
  15. Once you’ve sold the cartridge, it’s out there. No difference between a physical or digital copy. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  16. Atari users now days are a pretty good group when it comes to piracy. Now, if you ask the author or publisher, they believe the reason is because it is released on cartridge and can't be dumped. We all know this isn't true, but they cling to that line of reasoning. I just play Tempest 2000 on my Jag. :-)
  17. Partial set up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. I’m here, I’ve been posting pictures here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/6ZptGH4cGNdZpEkU7 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Error 170 is "File not found". In TBXL type DIR to get a drive listing. Double-check the filename.
  20. Bryan, the creator of the UAV, posted a quick and easy video upgrade for the 800XL: http://atariage.com/forums/topic/41580-quick-easy-video-upgrade-for-800xl/
  21. Two issues: On my VBXE/U1M 800XL connected to a VGA monitor through a GBS-8220 the sky color is green. On my Incognito 800 I can’t get the game to start. I see the title screen but the machine doesn’t appear to start the game. Any ideas? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. And if I understand it correctly, the Uno cart's processor can also be used as a coprocessor, that is, if the firmware was written. :-)
  23. Is it possible to eventually have a RAM version for those of us who would like to run AEB on a machine with an U1M and SIDE2?
