Calling Waterworld amazing is a huge indictment of just how AWFUL Fireworld actually is! I just happened on Kool-Aid man in the list of ROMs on my Harmony Cart the other day while looking for something new to play, and the next time I looked at my feed for the 2600 Game by Game Podcast on my phone, I realized you had covered it on the most recent show. Pac-Man Arcade Enhanced is a fairly amazing version for the 2600. I accidentally started on the purple flower alien fruit stage, as I didn't hit reset after I died on the first play, and got 51,090 points. I only got like 41,000 on my first game, so it seems like the later stages let you rack up points a lot faster than the earlier ones do. And then a slight score improvement at 76,420. Yeah, I've yet to accomplish a successful launch in Dragster without blowing up the car. Guess I don't grasp the play mechanics AT ALL! Lol! Not really sure who could play this for an extended period of time. Not a very well designed game, in my opinion. The mechanics are kinda odd, as well.
