      I don't have any large appliances that are less than 50 years old for just this reason. The exception would be my flatscreen tv, which, in my history, lasts 3 years.

      Jackie Gleason was a riot in that one, but you can't get the full effect on regular tv. They cut most of the best lines.

    First fall with a mower with a bagger.  I love it.  I just mow up the leaves and dump them over the fence.  Way easier than raking.  I like to keep the backyard clean for our dog, or else I'd just leave them for the winter for food for the grass.  I don't worry about the leaves in the front and side yard.  If you have a mower that can take a bagger, they are awesome and a good purchase.  I had a non bagger which I sold to a friend and bought this bagger off CL for $60 in mint shape.

      I actually just learned about bots in World of Tanks. I ve known of them for some time, but never realized how much widespread use they had. Now, if I could only figure out the link between the taco that you eat, and how it came to mean something fake, I would have life figured.

    It's an Irish Red called Old Regret from Daniel Mark's Brewery here in town (It's a bar/microbrewery that is in a house, with a cool, atmospheric, back yard).   It's not too light,  It's not too dark,  It's not too hoppy,  It's not too malty,  It's not too bitter,  It's not too sour,  It travels well, tasting almost as good from my growler as it does on tap...It just seems Deliciously in the middle of all things.  Please raise a glass of your Favorite Beverage and say Cheers!

    These big box stores, ugh. Walked into one today and asked the dude in the tool section for a metric adjustable wrench, and he said they only have SAE ones.  They should carry metric also.

      I don"t much care for the name Dorian. I guess because I associate the word Dorian with the wreck between the Andrea Doria and the Stockholm. Then I associate the Andrea Doria to a gal I used to know named Alicia Doria, which in turn reminds me of hurricane Alicia in 1980, and Alicia was a real prick. Or something like that...

    I just had the joy or repairing (cleaning) three 5200 controllers today, two joysticks and one trak-ball. I hate those joysticks so much, but they all work now so I'm happy.
