  1. The "National" Video game museum in Texas is based on STOLEN concepts by other people. When this is brought up on Digitpress(where they post) they "conveniently" have these post deleted. I am not going to their stolen concept museum and neither should you...

      From what I've been reading here, I have to agree that the concept of a video game museum is nothing new. You can't trademark or copyright concepts or ideas, at least here in 'Murica.

      The EMP in Seattle has a video game exhibit in their rotation... does that mean they stole it too?

       

      The simple concept of 'videogame museum' is too vague, thought up by too many people, to be claimed by anyone. Especially since the existence of one doesn't prevent others from opening. You're going to have to prove something a lot more specific to have any claims of theft.

      I think you'd have to elaborate on what happened and what was stolen for this to make any sense. Certainly the idea for a museum and specifically a "video game museum" is nothing new. I'd love to own a pinball hall or old school arcade, but I don't have the money to do so...But if someone else did I wouldn't consider them thieves.
