  1. Are there any good stores online where I can buy a jamma harness from?
  2. Let see, my collecting goals for 2016 are the following: 1. Build a supergun and start collecting Neo geo games 2. Start a damn 2600 collection. (LOL)
  3. What size solder should I use if I were to be soldering onto a snes controller?
  4. Also, about that audio switch, from my understanding, that is put into place so that the audio isn't amplified twice and doesn't blow my speakers. If I were to be using a raw 8 ohm speaker (which isn't amplified), will I need the switch at all? Im talking about one of these: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Free-Shipping-New-10pcs-speaker-8R-2W-8-ohm-2watt-speaker-Mobile-DVD-EVD-electronic-dog/32299599404.html?spm=2114.01020208.3.1.OL77Cj&ws_ab_test=searchweb201556_7_79_78_77_80,searchweb201644_0,searchweb201560_9
  5. Also, why doesnt the diagram use Pin L, which is the Speaker (-)? There are 2 pins for sound, Speaker(-) and Speaker(+). why does the diagram only use one of the 2 pins?
  6. Also, I'll want to put some sort of fuses on the supergun. I don't want to be blowing my arcade boards and stuff. From my understanding, I'll need 3 fuses, one for each of the power connections, +5 Volts, -5 Volts, and +12 volts. What kind of fuses would I need and where exactly would I solder in the fuse in the diagram?
  7. I saw one of these on aliexpress: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/GBS8200-ARCADE-GAME-CONVERTER-Board-CGA-RGB-EGA-VGA-to-VGA-to-LCD-Latest-Free-shippingFree/32271736126.html?spm=2114.01020208.3.1.gfBo3n&ws_ab_test=searchweb201556_3_79_78_77_80,searchweb201644_5,searchweb201560_10 Its a CGA to VGA converter. Converts the arcade image to standard VGA. But i've heard there are issues with these things and also there are fake ones floating around. Are these any good or should I pay the extra cash to get a proper video encoder?
  8. Hi. I've been wanting to build a supergun and it seems to be pretty easy. What do you guys think? Ill probably only play a neo geo mvs on it. I'll be following this diagram: Also, my hardest decision has been trying to find an enclosure for this thing. I like retro stuff and I was thinking of maybe a vcr... Anybody got some ideas?
  9. Huh, I always thought Computer Space was the first coin op game...
  10. Ive only really soldered stuff like once or twice.
  11. Also, would my n00b soldering skills be trouble?
  12. Hey fdurso, I've been thinking of making of my own supergun. Would this be an easy task?
  13. Never really liked Windows 3.1. Felt kinda obsolete compared to other OS's at the time like Mac OS and such.
  14. Some GREAT news today. SNK has announced that they're gonna pull out of the pachislot business and gonna refocus on their console and mobile gaming divisions. http://dreamcancel.com/2015/11/02/snk-playmore-officially-withdraws-from-pachislot-business/
  15. Ill make sure to pick those up! I currently only have one game for the NES, rc pro am.
  16. Buying an NES in 2015 isn't exactly the best idea. the prices of these games are super high and I only see them going higher and higher. Im still kicking myself for not getting an NES 5-6 years ago... other then the prices, its a great console. Lots of games on it and I think its worth it. Just prepare to pay 30 dollars for contra.
  17. Id also like to add, I run neogeo account on instagram. If you guys wanna follow it. https://instagram.com/neogeo_fanpage/
  18. very nice collection. Very collectable as well!

  20. no, i mean as a syntax error. At the bottom of the window there is a tab for "Error".
  21. So then its fine? Im still getting that default.bas error that I mentioned above. Granted, it only happens when there is in error in the command line.
  22. Oh lol, I fixed the space. So now, the win_bat file is displaying this: ECHO is off. The bB installation batch file v1.1 ----------------------------------- Permanently setting the bB variable to: C:\Atari2600\bB\bB.1.1d.reveng37 SUCCESS: Specified value was saved. Updating the user PATH variable so this bB directory is your primary SUCCESS: Specified value was saved. You should re-open vbb or any command-line windows so they take on the new bB variable value. You should re-run this batch file if you ever change the location of the bB directory. I suppose thats correct right?
