  1. I didn't noticed that Rich Whitehouse talked about version 1.1. of BigPEmu on Twitter. I read his post and looks like his medical condition has taken a serious toll on his health. It's a miracle that he managed to release v1.1 in the state he is currently. I really, really wish Rich the best for his health and his family. He really is a great fellow πŸ™‚πŸ‘
  2. It would be really cool having that gmae on the Jaguar too. Really decent Rastan Saga-like Game to boot
  3. I know that having Tempest 3000 being re-released on the Nuon is very cool, but no joke i would absolutely love to see a new version of Tempest 2000 with the unused tracks that were left out due to memory constrains
  4. Well, it's time folks! Let BB know on which platforms you want to see Xeno Crisis after the SNES version
  5. I played it yesterday and it's a decently fun albeit brief ride. This was made by the same author who did Overcooked on SNES. It initially only available as a cartridge linited to 100 units but now the author has released the game for free on itch.io! https://www.timeextension.com/news/2024/03/rare-snes-game-dottie-flowers-is-now-available-to-download-for-free
  6. Since we're talking about a RPG in this thread, have you guys checked out this news? I'm sorry but even i as a fellow Jaguar fan there is no way this game Will be possible on the console, but anybody can prove me wrong otherwise. This honestly sounds more like a $#@Β₯post to me XD https://www.timeextension.com/news/2024/03/jrpg-breath-of-thunder-could-come-to-the-jaguar-saturn-n64-and-reads-notes-virtual-boy
  7. I hope he can pull ahead and make a proper recovery i wish him the best
  8. Sorry for bothering but i noticed that it's not available for download anymore. Is there anyway to re-download it?
  9. I think it comes from here: https://archive.org/stream/Gamefan_Vol_3_Issue_03#page/n109/mode/1up
  10. I've been wondering what has been of Rich Whitehouse? I hope he is doing well even with the baggage he carries
  11. Well, now we know thanks to the work done by XProger that a 3DO version of Tomb Raider was doable but by that point, the 3DO was unfortunately a lost cause with the arrival of Playstation, Saturn and Nintendo 64.
  12. We now have proof thanks to former Tomb Raider programmer Paul Douglas (thanks to XProger for spotting this info nugget!) that both the Jaguar CD and the 3DO were considered as possible platforms for the original Tomb Raider but it seems that the team did not have dev kits for both systems. Somewhat weird, considering that Core Design were making Soulstar, but my theory is that they had access to only one Jaguar dev kit and that one was already being used on Soulstar.
  13. I gonna give this a shot in BigPEmu Finally we have a demo of Jaguar MK1
  14. Well, it looks like we have to wait for a Jaguar OpenLara Port by XProger for a little while longer... but his efforts were indeed rewarded with the recent Tomb Raider I-III remasters he worked on along with other fellow Tomb Raider fans working on the project. Massive congratulations to XProger and the Remaster team for their efforts πŸ‘ :D πŸ‘
  15. Until by some miracle the original BS F-Zero Grand Prix 2 ROM appears somehow, this is the closet thing we'll have to the Game. But holy hell what an amazing and herculean effort by the team! This is easily up there with the Neo Geo recreatation of The Eye of Typhoon as one of the coolest recreation efforts of a lost game. I tip My hat to the team with this patch! I already gave it a try the day it came out and it's amazing. It sucks that Nintendo never released the Satellaview tracks as either a SNES cartridge back in the day or in F-Zero 99. I would've played it in a heartbeat but this excelente recreation will suffice for the time being
  16. I hope this means other 7800 games can be re-released like Planet Smashers and Alien Brigade! It would be cool having Midnight Mutants too but the Munsters license might be out of reach right now...
  17. It would have to go with Super Off-Road as the absolute worst game on the Atari Lynx. It sucks that a port of a game that i'm a fan of runs like utter bullcrap. It has to be the worst game on the Lynx in terms of technical performance.
  18. Holy Moly! Welcome to AtariAge mister McCranor :D It's really freaking awesome having one of the Kasumi Ninja character actors aboard on the forum
  19. I enjoy this track from SNES SimCity https://youtu.be/wzzcetc-JKM?si=BqxcmKuqnQiWtpsT
  20. Geez, finally peace and tranquility at last! Let Kirk speed his bullcrap claims on his personal echo chambers XD
  21. Actually, no. It was certainly not Kirk, as i came across with his antics in 2023. It was, IIRC, an old Youtube comment in one of the game's combo compilations. Some stages do have animations and parallax, but very limited due to the large character sprites. I really do hope Tengo Project can make an HD remake of Endless Duel like how they did with Wild Guns and Ninja Warriors.
  22. I don't remember exactly where i read it but i think i recall someone looked into how the sprites for the Gundam characters were made and apparently they are composed of multiple small sprite tilesets but i could be wrong...
  23. Gundam Wing: Endless Duel is a fantastic fighting game for the SNES. I managed to finish it with all the characters but i've yet to pull off a 1CC, namely because of Gundam Epyon. IMO, that game shows that it was likely possible to pull off a X-Men Children of the Atom or Marvel Super Heroes ports on SNES, as Endless Duel shares similar mechanics as those games, but that's just me XD
