  7. A friend of mine here in Venezuela told me that he knew the name of that unreleased fighting game, since he saw it in a magazine and he was dead-on point. It's called Dragon's Heaven,Co-developed by Technos Japan and FACE.   14. Maybe not related to the Neo Geo but this involves Ex-devs from SNK who worked on Kizuna Encounter and some of the later KOF games on the system. Recently i been interested in programming for the Jaguar, i have various ideas for games that i want to get out of my head, i've been thinking that doing mock-up boxes is not really a way to cotribute the community,this question is for the homebrew devs,what's the best program to develop games for the system? Thanks
