Maybe, they should have released it back in the day.SNES Rayman conspiracy perhaps?

Never thought of saying this but i agree on what you said.I would also argue it's not a Pac Man clone. Clean Sweep on the Vectrex or more famously KC Munchkin on the O^2, those are Pac Man clones. It's a maze chase game, but as mentioned deeper gameplay. The 2600 looks pretty great considering the hardware it's on, though the Coleco is probably the go-to home version.
-
Couldn't agree more with you,but sadly it's a underrated gem nowdays which is too bad.In some ways, it's a much deeper and better game.
There's a lot of strategy that goes into opening and closing the gates, or tricking the enemies into stumbling into a poison skull.
Atariage has a superb version of Ladybug available right here for the 2600, and there are decent versions for the Coleco and Intellivision.

It's a good pac-man close if you ask me.Never played ladybug before. Never even seen a cabinet like that before. Might be worth a MAME download.

Some of the people on the Facebook group would be in treat for a copy as well, myself included.

Well, thanks at least for the update on the gameHello guys,
CJ tell me there was some questions here on me and Ladybugged and here are some answers :
- Ladybugged is not dead and will -for sure- be release one day (Time/motivation needed... but game is about 80-90% finished)

- Hopefuly I have a lot of others projects like my family and a very interesting but time consuming job, friends IRL, some interest on Lynx/Nes/ (too many old computers to list here...) coding, astrophotography, electronic stuffs (on 80's computers, ...), ... project++ everydays

Please do not contact me to ask what I'm doing on Ladybugged and why it is not already released, only time know that...

Have you finished the 10 extra levels to listen a secret song?Agreed 100%. Would love to see a playable version of this surface at some point. Going to get out my N64 copy tonight just for giggles.
-
i know that, but it would be cool to rescue the OG version from the sands of timeIm happy with the end result of Phear. Tetrisphere is one of the best N64 games available for the console. This is one we really don't need on the Jaguar. Even if it does surface one day I would probably just play it and be like "meh, its not Tetrisphere, Tetrisphere is better."

Does anyone think we'll see Apeshit and Deathwatch resurfacing one day?
-
Guess i should do a new thread about the status of some of the unreleased games for the system. Regarding Phear,it would be awesome to see the game surfacing one day,bet that MOD OST kicks ass.

That's a good point.I have currently disabled the vertical camera update, so it scrolls only horizontally. The transformation, visibility and collision calculation are happening for that, just not the rendering update - I gotta finish the version 12 of that method too due to cross-dependencies. And I wanted to see it in action first, too. The vertical camera scroll is usually very small. Higher resolution would help with that.
The reason for that effect that you describe is it actually took a great deal of effort to look so clean. Normally, especially in this low resolution, the texels pop here and there, shimmer and just look plainly unruly, there's a lot of inaccuracies resulting in ugly glitches. I'm happy you noticed nothing like that is happening here.
You are correct - if I'm working on one thing (H.E.R.O.), it's impossible to work on another (RR).

Looks Damn good VladR,hey and what happend to that Road Rash proof-of-concept?
