Well...Heretic is being worked on for the Jaguar at least from 2014 i believe.

Good point that you mentioned now. The Jaguar was good for FPS games.

There are three ports that comes to mind: The Custom Playstation Doom version. The Atari Jaguar version (developed in house by id and the source for many ports of the 90s and early 2000s) And Finally The SNES version (almost identical level layout from the PC and the only version with dial-up deathmatch thanks to XBAND)

Mmm...it's tough but i have to go with both skycopter and speedster II

that's my other problem with the game as well,the physics.

Look at the San Francisco stage,it has some pretty good draw distance.

Another good beat'em up on the SNES would be the very underrated Legend.

The game is decent,not one of the better games for the system that's for sure but the music is decent and the graphics are somewhat adequate,but the most annoying problem with the game is how twitchy the control becomes once you're going too fast.
