  1. I am currently debating between purchasing an Atari 7800 with an Edladdin Super Twin arcade stick and all the arcade ports on the system, or getting a bartop sized 60-in-1 JAMMA arcade cabinet. The arcade cabinet would play almost all the same games I want to play plus a few more, but the Atari 7800 is... well, it's an Atari! Tough choice.

No problem, they're pretty easy to set up. I made a bartop out of an old beat Contra Cab that was a bit rotten on the bottom. Then a full size from an old Sega Baseball cab. Super easy. :) No trackballs on either, but it's nice that at least Centipede and Millipede work without a trackball. Cool to play with a joystick even if it's authentic.

Thanks for the suggestion xucean, but I'm afraid there's just not really space in my wife and I'd apartment for a full size arcade cabinet; or the tools needed to build one for that matter. If I do get an arcade cabinet it'll have to be a pre-built bartop. Thanks anyway though! =)
