  1. I seem to be on a major Robotron 2084 kick this week. I've been playing it on the Game Boy Advance and emulated on the Atari 7800 and Lynx. So far I can't decide whether the GBA or 7800 version is my favorite. What console port of Robotron 2084 do you like best?

If including the 32-bit GBA, and 16-bit Lynx in comparisons as liking "best", might as well include the 16-bit SNES and Genesis ports under the Williams Arcade Classic collection too.

You're right Trebor, I should give those versions a try too. I like the GBA version because the developers game up with a really innovative control scheme that makes Robotron play particularly well with a D-Pad and buttons, but I also like the 7800 version a lot for it's big clearly defined sprites and somewhat more relaxed pacing. Not to mention the authentic twin stick control option if playing on original hardware.

Would the SNES port of Williams Arcade's Greatest Hits count?
