  Thank you for the kind words everyone. After running to the bathroom every 10 minutes for 5 hours then sleeping another 12 I'm starting to feel a bit better now. It seems like the great fluid exodus has mostly passed and I'm actually starting to feel a little hungry, so I think I'll try a few saltine crackers in a bit. I haven't had anything other than water for over a day now so I could probably use a little food.

  And thanks to Jay and Random for the apple cider vinegar tip. I didn't have any on hand and haven't felt up to going to the store to get any, but I'll be sure to pick up some Bragg's when I can and keep it on hand in case I get whomped by something like this again.
