I just realized tonight that over the last two months I spent about $550 to get a nice Atari 7800 setup with a brand new condition AV modded system from Video61, Edladdin Super Twin controller, and 20 games. Buyer's remorse is in full effect, but hopefully I'll get over it. And if I don't, well... there's always the Marketplace.

      I spent roughly $600 on two TI/99-4a PEBs, two Commodore SX64 computers, a nearly complete Tandy 1000HD and various parts and games last year at this time. I would do it all again if I could and would probably have gone back one more time! :)

      For me I think it's a case of what I was planning on doing with that money versus what I actually did with it. I was planning on finishing my gaming center and console collection with Everdrives for my NES and Genesis, a GameCube with a Game Boy Player, and a pristine condition original Game Boy to install a backlight kit in. But instead I ended up getting carried away in a sudden fascination with the Atari 7800, and on my budget it's going to take a LONG time to save up the money to...
