I had never really given much thought to the premise of Dig Dug before tonight, but what kind of demented sicko kills people with a bicycle pump? That's pretty messed up when you stop and think about it.

  If bicycle pumps became common murder weapons, we'd require licenses to own one and they must not be concealed.
  
  Or well, at least that is would happen on this side of the pond. Fortunately 35 years later, Dig Dug's weapon of mass destruction doesn't seem to have spread around the world so probably we'll be safe for a bit longer.

  I'd say Taizo has his reasons. I think he's supposed to be an exterminator or something. Popping the Fygars and Pookas means they can't hurt anyone else.
