It seems like a bit of a travesty to me that there is no way to play any version of Ms. Pac-Man on the 3DS short of hacking the system to run emulators.

  That is pretty weird it wasn't on Namco Museum DS. So also the only way to play it on regular DS is through the GBA slot by playing the GBA version of Namco Museum.
