Doom is very good except I played it on a PC, BITD. The much smaller screen/view area makes it a tough sell for me, as is the funny gameplay feeling without a keyboard. Despite diverging somewhat with the tether feature, Chaotix is good, but I much rather have the 'independence' of characters as managed in Sonic 2. Metal Head is just too slow for my taste; you may feel differently though, good luck!

Thanks Trebor! My first experience with Doom was the PC version as well but I still like Doom on the 32X because, well, it's Doom! Even with all the stuff it's missing it's still fun, because it's still Doom. What I really want to get on a cart is the homebrew JagDoom 32X, which adds in the previously missing BFG 9000 and third episode from the Jaguar version. Finding someone to make a cart of that game is definitely going to be my next 32X quest.

If you have the Everdrive v2 or newer for the Genesis, you can run the JagDoom 32X binary from it until you can get a hold of an actual dedicated cartridge for the game. Look for the file with the CRC of: CAF4D712
