  Wow, what an interesting loophole they have discovered. Basically, if you re-sell their products (new or used), you are essentially doing trade with their brand, and thus infringing their trademark. Sounds evil and unfair, but I have a suspicion that chances of it holding up in court are greater than zero...

  there are numerous new copies of evil within 2 on ebay, and voyrs deals with corporate stuff, so either someone at the office assumed that the guy in question is more than just someone selling their used games, or he actually is more than just someone selling their games
