Trying to decide between getting an official Pro Controller or an 8BitDo SN30 Pro for playing my Switch in docked mode. I sure like the look of the SN30 Pro and the better D-Pad, but I have concerns about it's long term reliability due to stories about the thumbsticks wearing down and the Bluetooth flaking out after a few months. Any thoughts on the matter?

  My SN30 Pro is only like 6 months old, but it's taken a lot of use without issue.

  I think the Nintendo controller is more versatile and compatible. Ergonomics are perfect, on par with Xbox One controllers, which are my other favorite controller

  I have 8BITDOs for my SNES Classic and my Super NT and I really like them, but I've barely given them any play time, so I can't judge them long term...I haven't had the time.
