  1. You ever notice how the vast majority of popular Sega Genesis games all had 8 stages? I wonder why that was.

      Dunno. Probably not technical reasons. Most games seem to be 2mb or 4mb. Not much bank switching. Plenty of room for more levels.

      Whether they're long or short, 8 is a good number of stages... makes you feel like you've gotten your monies worth.
