  1. Hi, I'm curious if anyone is aware of a retail JagCD pcb reproduction being available anywhere? I've got my hands on a unit that has many lifted traces from a botched bios chip repacement, so I technically have all working components that could be transplanted if such a thing existed. Thanks!
  2. Don't bother with the kitty box. I have one and decided I wanted to 3d Print a better case for it being that it doesn't fit in the opening on the Jaguar. Come to find out, it's literally a $33 scart to hdmi converter that has been cut up and put back together with literally card stock, black electrical tape and white double sided adhesive to work directly on the Jaguar AV connectors instead of using a scart cable. See Pics: YEP! That's a breadboard being used for the connector. That sweet design on the enclosure... Literally a hair comb.
  3. Will your board fit into a standard shell?
  4. Nice to hear Saint... looking forward to hearing more. Keep up the great work.
  5. I guess I don't fully understand, thanks for taking the time to explain a little instead of flaming. I guess I've got some reading to do. I didn't know fpga couldn't handle 93 MHz but to be fair, I also didn't realize the snes was only just over 3Mhz and Genesis more than twice that.
  6. So, I get the appeal of doing something like this, but I can't help but to wonder if the N64 would be possible? Talk about challenge, there STILL to this day isn't a truely compatible N64 emulator available. I mean for God's sake look at the progress CEMU (WiiU Emu) has had in just months of development, yet still no "good" n64 after 20 years?! I know you are friends with Marshall from Retroactive who already has a wealth of N64 know-how, and infact I imagine that a N64 fpga with hdmi output alone could fetch you $200+ by itself. I guess my "issue" with this whole project is that (for the most part) all of the systems you are implementing are pretty much already available as emulators and most are done pretty well, clearly they aren't all 100% but I think you get the point, plus since you aren't planning on using cart slots or OEM controls you've already lost all of the "actual hardware" fan boys that refuse to use emulators based on principle alone, so this won't be any different. All that being said, I personally would still be interested in purchasing one of these units even without N64 purely for the convience, but beg that you consider adding N64 later and perhaps Atari Jaguar too... basically any cart console would be amazing! I do have a couple questions too. Will this system be compatible with usb hdd's as well as SD and... are there plans for a UI that would allow for cover art/game info to be shown for game selection? Similar to hyperspin and/or launchbox frontends, maybe not THAT customizable but I think you get what I'm talking about. Keep up the amazing work you are doing, if this is as well done as Hi-Def Nes...it will be awesome!
  7. I would agree but Im really not trying to sell to a end user... Im trying to find a collector of backup devices out there people who want this because of what it is/was. I dont need to sell it, Im going to get close to what I want or I keep it.
  8. No, thank you I appreciate your input, Im not new here but I had to create a new account, although even with my other account I didnt talk much. Ive never sold anything however I do have over 80+ purchases with 100% rating on ebay, for whatever thats worth. Its tough because like I said I tried selling it on Ebay but they removed the listing eventhough I specifically said it was for development. I didnt add photos just because I wanted to see if there was any interest first, but you are probably right... I'll add them this afternoon when I get home from work. Thanks again.
  9. Yikes! Tough crowd. I was really hoping to at least get a couple bites... come on folks... only 204 of these devices were produced total, they are rare. I don't know where else I should try selling this... does anyone have any suggestions?
  10. I have a original Schell's Cuttle Cart for sale, I tried selling it on EBay but they pulled the listing saying it broke their terms of agreement. I'm asking $300 obo. I know that is high considering the harmony is available for like a third the cost but for the collectors out there who want one of the first devices made to load games, I think that it's fair. It is in mint condition with original orange 3.5" floppy disk and manual. I'm only selling it because I'm getting married and can use all the money I can get. Please only serious offers this is a piece of history and I don't want to waste my or your time. PM if your interested. I can add pictures upon request. Thanks in advance.
