  1. I can't get a good connection on my Atari on the RF out, and it's fuzzy. Is there any way I can make the picture as clear as My other consoles which use RF switches? because at the bottom of the screen, the red and blue colors "split" and it's hard to play games that use purple like Midnite Magic, and any other games what use a lot of color. I've tried the Computer-TV switch, and it's not clear enough. I'm scared to go RCA. What can I do?
  2. You lucky thing.. I'm still waiting for another copy of Jr. PacMan (since mine fried)
  3. It's not your VCS, It maybe the LCD. I know they don't work with a pong unit, maybe the VCS is the same. But, the portable units used LCD, so I don't really know... maybe you could try a friends LCD screen? The VCR part- I don't know. Could it be the signal is too weak ? try increasing the voltage , maybe that could be the problem. Just dont go over 12 Volts. Of course I have no Idea what I'm talking about.
  4. I'm sorry, but the only reason I have asteroids was because of the flicker. I know there's a way to take the flicker out, Activision proved it again and again. If anybody could make a non flickering hack, I'd like.... do backflips.
  5. but how do you clean an atari cart! there's a plastic guard in the way!

  7. I've heard that sometimes happens if you hit too many geese when you play Barnstorming. Now THAT was funny. I always hit the geese, maybe I just suck at that game
  8. Update: http://home.earthlink.net/~davidrolfe/ this is the guys site. I'm gonna write him a really nice letter. "Recipe for TEA Tea (pronounced "tee") is a delicious and invigorating hot drink that is easy to prepare and always a pleasant surprise for those "special moments". To prepare tea, two essential ingredients are required: Tea bag Water The tea bag can be obtained from your local grocery or convenience store. Water can be had by going into your back yard and digging a very deep hole. Lower a bucket into the hole using a rope, and then draw it back out, and you will find it has been filled with water, as if by magic! In colder climates, you can also procure water by melting snow. (Snow with a yellowish tinge is best avoided.) Place a cup of water into an iron vessel and heat it over a flame until it boils. (A flame is easily obtained by rubbing two sticks together.) Suspend the tea bag in the hot water for several minutes or until the tea bag bursts, whichever comes first. Then carefully remove the tea bag and dispose of it safely. Your cup of tea is now ready to drink. The addition of honey or lemon may add to the culinary sensation. In addition to being a pleasing beverage, the tea can be used to discipline your husband when necessary by pouring it into his lap." straight from his site. he's not dumb, as much as he is a smart aleck.

  12. If he said it's so "stupid" then why did he program it? Oh, I love how he says parents are too stupid to buy an intellivision... actually they shoulda played it smart and not buy one damn thing from you, Mr. David. Frogs and Flies is now out the window because I don't want your evil messing up my VCS. Oh, it's good for teaching oral sex, mr. David? Then, once again WHY did you program it? Sounds like Mr. David Rolfe is the ignorant one here. Man, If everyone was like this, We still wouldn't have invented the wheel.
  13. I've never got into ebay. I just go to Game exchange. Down where I live, no one Likes atari, and I'll find two or three games that are 5 on the rarity scale almost every time I go in there. Ahh, taking advantage of ignorance

  18. Would it be safer to put them on professional chips rather than EpRoms? it would be expensive, but I'd buy if I knew it would last. Speaking of that, My Jr. Pac man just DIED, and I have no Idea why.
