  1. It's a pipe dream but I've wanted zapper guns in the Switch Online NES app. Not sure it's worth it for them financial to create a HD compatible zapper. I kind of think they'd sell a ton but I don't see it happening.
  2. I've been waiting for the digital version to go on sale. I've felt $39.99 is a bit steep considering I've owned a lot of these games in other compilations before. That being said I don't think I've ever seen it on sale. I would also love an Activision/Imagic collection. Not sure why they will license their catalog to Atgames for their hardware but won't allow a software rerelease.
  3. Has anyone had any luck with TRS-80 on Retropie? I appear to be stuck.
  4. So far, I've been buying the big AAA games on physical like Super Mario Odyssey and Breath of the Wild and the indie or retro collection stuff on digital. I'd like to get the Atari and Sega Genesis collections on digital so they are always on there and easy to pick up and put down. Plus, they have smaller file sizes.
  5. Is it possible the joystick will have a fire button. I wouldn't think playing Tron would be possible without one.
  6. One headscratcher to me is they allowed Activision games to be on the AtGames consoles. I'm not sure why that didn't translate into AtGames software products.
  7. I remember buying the Activision Anthology on my Android phone years ago, but its recently fallen out of the Google Play store. I thought when Atari Flashback Vol. 3 was announced it would surely include the Activision catalog, but no dice. Does anyone think an Activision/Imagic collection for the current generation is an inevitably. I've grown to love the Switch for its capacity of being a retro machine and a AAA console.
  8. Thanks for the information. Is there an advantage to rebuilding a flashback over buying the adapter for the Raspberry Pi? One of my aims is to declutter by having a one size fits all kind of device.
  9. I've been researching getting a Raspberry Pi for Retropie. I was curious if anyone had any luck with the 2600-daptor. The website said you can use the 9 pin Intellivision and Colecovision Flashback controllers. Would these work with the respective emulators?
  10. I've been kind of watching on the sidelines of the Blast situation. While I get why people are upset about this, I've never had any interest in the Blast line. Chances are most of these games, I have some other way to play, These seem geared as impulse purchases rather than for anyone that may find themselves here. Giving John Hancock the arcade rom version for review which wasn't what people were going to find in stores, put him in a bad spot. On the other the target audience for this item, may not be people who watch John Hancock. Mind you, I'm enjoying watching his videos. So, I guess my question is how many people were even buying this in the first place, before the controversy.
  11. I bought this way back when and was annoyed it disappeared.
  12. I'm surprised with the current retro revival they arent releasing this in some form other than AtGames products.
  13. On the first two releases on the PS4 I found the touchpad was a reasonable substitute to not having the paddle controls.
  14. If it was to happen it would be in California.
