Hang on! What? KA Aircars? I thought Bruce was still selling only the ICD version repos? I had an original ICD version shrinkwrapped but sold it without playing so never experienced that one. Only have Aircars '94 now but looking for a KA Aircars as i hear its the best version of the lot. And if this is true, then i am looking for 8x KA Aircars carts. Willard, do you know if Bruce is or will sell the KA versions (again)?? I don't want to shell out for 8 ICD versions if the KA is or will be available...

To my knowledge these are Japanese exclusive manuals for the large boxes - the small box versions have Japanese colour manuals that are the same size as the Western manuals (I have just one: Slime World). As far as the large Japanese manuals, I'm sure i've seen a Cali Games as well, someone on here can confirm i'm sure. The only true Japanese Lynx exclusive version that i know of is KLAX! It differs from all others in the sense that it not only has a different/Japanese manual, but the Box art, book art and cart are are totally different to the regular KLAX version we all know/have, AND, the cart itself is different to any other Lynx release Congrats on the find Whenever i've visited Japan and gone to Super Potato i've been on the lookout for these Lynx (and any Jaguar) exclusives (manual wise) to add to my collection, but alas, i've never had any luck

I'm VERY interested in knowing more about the Australian ordering option! Having said that, i couldn't wait - i just ordered it from Amazon US - it just looked too good! If i can save in future (3 more to go at least) then that would ge great! Also, I can pass the word around here to get people more interested in ordering if it saves on those damn outrageous shipping charges!

You Sir, are a genius! Hats off! *Takes deep bow* I know exactly which ones you mean because they are my favourite C64 cassette cases! Rare they are! While the first game i ever owned (Critical Mass - didn't have a C64 but bought it of my best friend because i was lost in awe of the cover-art) came in one, and a few decades later i only acquired about 4-5 more games in these cases. Only thing is, there are a few different size (width) variants - have you come across that? Also, would you be willing to share that awesome artwork you have for these? Oh, and very nice touch with the cart pic on the front cover bottom

Echo that, on both counts!! While i have always generally been into ComLynx games (as in only playing with one or more people), there were two SP games that I loved on the Lynx: KLAX and APB. I remember spending the hours away during my old Security shift 'work' playing APB and loving every moment (not just for the fact that i used to get paid to play ). As i had to stay in the big maintenance garage/shed on the golf course in case anyone broke in, i had 4-8 hours to kill every shift and the Lynx was it! I used to bring along my Lynx II, a PSU and a whole case of games (I traded my spare Jag + 6 games BITD to my regular Atari shop dealer for his ENTIRE BOXED LYNX STOCK ) and, even having so many games, again, KLAX and APB were the ones i got into the most - playing for hours on end. I've never had a problem with the controls myself but then again i've never played this in the arcade or on any other system so i had nothing to compare it to. I loved the sound and the graphics and chasing down the crooks. Hmm... now that i think about it... maybe i got so into it because that's what i should have been doing while in a uniform and on the job: chasing crooks instead of playing games! lol Funny thing is, i picked this up a few days ago to play some SP on my newly modded McWill LCD Lynx II and... I sucked BIG TIME!! lol I couldn't get past the training section, but moreso with not remembering what i had to do (did not have any issues with controls). So, anyone care to remind me what the objective is at the Start?
