I can confirm that the white Limited Editions (1-50) came with the posters. The blue/standard editions did not come with a poster as standard. I still have my #25/50 White cased L.E. with the mini GORF poster.

I don't think so. I bought a New/Sealed Cybermorph in mid 2000's to aid in a complete CIB collection. There was only the English manual. I bought it from the States. To my knowledge only some games that were sold in Japan came with additional Japanese manuals for the Japanese market. I'm still trying to get some of these Japanese manuals. Will have to have a better look next time i go to Japan

With the Protector Resurgence CD, if you end up getting a cheap second-hand one then make sure it comes complete with the 4 Songbird games overlays: As for Soul Star, that one on eBay is a FAKE!
