Will they negotiate on salary? Like others have said, if you will like the job and the environment better, the money difference is not as important. Plus that $650/month difference probably works out to be $500 if you factor in the higher taxes you pay at your current job.

It's one of life's difficult decisions. I've been offered 2 positions at once, and you're never 100% sure of what job is the best bet.

Definitely hear all points above and thank you. The amount of "tired of this crap" at my current job is also contributing to my decision.
