I think I have to take the Boat Club job. It's the level of cuisine I want to work at, the only downside is the pay cut, but quality of life is as good as $$ sometimes.

  Absolutely. After an unhappy experience at a previous job, I've always tried to prioritize job satisfaction and quality of life over net income, and I haven't regretted it.
