  2. Well, my beater tube tester went up in a puff of smoke last night. After looking inside it, it was so patched together I am surprised I didn't fry myself!

  4. what is it with the way 7800 cartridges are made? Ever notice how "slippery" they are. Stack a few and they want to slide all over!

  5. I often wonder why good Sega Saturn games are so darn expensive to collect. Is it due to lack of supply? Has the lack of easy Saturn emulation methods created more demand for physical copies of Saturn games than games on other systems? What do you think?

  7. I just freed up 6 variables. That might be enough to finish my Atari 2600 game. Looks like I won't have to use Superchip RAM. I did have to switch from 4k to 8k, though, so it's not all unicorn rainbow glitter farts.

  8. I'm VERY impressed with the Gamerz Tek "8-Bit Entertainment System" (a remarkably inexpensive NES clone). The controllers are a very close match for the originals, game compatibility seems very good, and it even works with my Everdrive N8! http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0161N7J2G

  19. Does anyone remember an early 90's racing coin-op called Rad Mobile by Sega??? It's really awesome!! It's got Sonic the Hedghog pendant hanging off the rear view LOL playing that atm..and Sean Yseult the bassist from White Zombie's calling me up soon...
