    New store in town had 10 on loose commons 35 for a driving controller.... had some hopes about a new place.. turns out it was half game store and half nail Shop run by two ladies.... when she told me the price of the driving controller i rolled my eyes.. she said "what do you have in mind" i said ten bucks.. she walked away.... Seem like every one is trying to cash in now.....

    I just had a random thought on this topic. A lot of if not most of the Atari carts that exist are bootleg pirate repro carts from the 80's. If they weren't made then but were made now they would be viewed the same as Hozer carts or other reproductions but since they were made 30ish years ago they are viewed as AUTHENTIC bootleg pirate repro carts. :) So, I'm wondering, in 30 years if someone comes across this fake Air Raid then will they be going all,"OMG! It is the legendary Rosa fake Air Raid! This isn't a repro but the real authentic one! It is a rarity 10! I found it in a shoe box with her name on it in the basement of a house I just bought! Doesn't that make it CIB?! Isn't this worth $30K+ ?!?!?!" :D

     

    Maybe it can become a art series for Rosa... Better yet "PERFORMANCE ART!!" She can setup a table for 2 in the middle of Time's Square or a Highway or something.. She can get Shia Leboeuf and his paper bag head to sit across from her. They can Take turns yelling "FAKE FAKE FAKE" at each other.. Laid out on the center of the table is her Masterpiece ..You guessed it right!! "PVC tube Air Raid in Cerulean Blue"

     

    Every one gets there 15 minutes of fame.. This should just die now its just going to unnecessarily jack up prices all around as Vultures swoop in smelling dollars...

    Fever kick in about now.. i set collecting goals for the end of the year.. my goal is to hit the 200 cart mark .. last year i was just shy of the 100 mark .. i only collect "in the wild" and am at 172 games at the moment... Time to hit the pavement with my trick or treat bag this weekend...

    I actually own that Dance Godzilla CD! By some dude called "Atom" Found it in an anime store ages ago.

     

    Lucky mine Disappeared eons ago... Atom Troy to be exact is his name... Most likely yours like mine did not have front cover... i think that was the first thing he had to ditch.. and i have heard rumors it showing up at Cons in mass quantities over the years... The Tracks are on YouTube on Atom Troys channel ... So there are ways to get past the Lawyers... This survived 20 years.. Sharknado the game will survive ...Damn i want this Cd again listening now on you tube!!!

    Seen this happen years ago with a Dance music Cd called "Dance Godzilla" This dude put his heart and sole into it.. Sampled the films to death.. was a great fan piece.. but toho lawyers threatened to sue his ass into the ground.. Besides preorders.. i don't think it ever hit the market... You should have HUNGRY SHARK eat some Lawyers...

    You did not miss it. I hope to do a Limited Edition release of Godzilla when RetroFiends has a final BIN. In light of what happened with SHARKNADO it will not be a public offering but it will be available to those that want it.

     

     

    I have been a godzilla fan for years.. A public offering would not be wise.. Toho's Lawyers are VIcious!!!

    Ive been playing around with synth cart for the past couple of days since The new 2600 arrived... Haveing some fun with It ... Waiting on a New VCR to line into.. Not takeing any chances.. but soon will be recording again.... Time to set up a sound cloud account!!

    Hello just got my synth cart a couple of weeks ago and got my keyboard controlers on the weekend... The synth cart has started makeing a tone in the background when everything should be silent... i have it lined into a vcr for recording and have tried also tried a standard conection to the tv.. i still get this tone.. ive cleaned the cart. Even opened up the unit up and cleaned the switches.. still i get this tone .. it repeats about every 8 seconds....

     

    ive made a Recording of the sound...
