  1. Attached is a link to "Christmas Carols" by John Henry Software for the Commodore 64... ...I stumbled across this on youtube and wondered if it would be possible to do something similar on the Intellivision? I know nothing about Inty programming myself, I just thought this was pretty fun and that perhaps someone here would be inspired to do a Intellivision ROM version with one or more songs for next year? A fun project or ? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sw26_8eLU54
  2. Nice that there is an Intv ECS Club. I hope to be able to join the Club in the future… Just for fun, attaching a logo and a suggestion for a Club T-Shirt. Intellivision ECS Commercial Australia https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9aTyvdOLBdA
  3. Hmm... I was going to just edit a previous post and add an updated image but can not find an "edit button". Is editing previous posts not possible here or am I just stupid and missing something obvious? In any case, I like playing around with images/logos and I have been in the merchandising/marketing business for many years (too many?) so I just can´t help myself... Here is the updated image that I intended to just edit in to my first post.
  4. After I posted I saw the copyright printed on the tee on the TV-Store webshop. But I can not find the t-shirt on the Cafe Press website or on the Intellivision Lives website that seems to be the official merchandising sites. http://www.cafepress.com/+intellivision+t-shirts https://intellivision-productions-inc.myshopify.com/collections/all That is what I am talking about in case it was not clear enough for you... I was just curious to why that is. How did you go about getting it "directly" from Intellivision Productions if not from any of the three above mentioned webshops...? One webshop instead of three would make shopping a lot easier.
  5. The Smithsonian welcomes excavated E.T. cartridgehttp://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2014-12-16-the-smithsonian-welcomes-excavated-e-t-cartridge
  6. The merchandise looks ok, but just a little bit lame...? Where is the epic Sheldon Cooper Astrosmash T-shirt? Weird that that does not seem to be an official Intellivision Productions merchandise. What´s up with that? http://www.tvstoreonline.com/the-big-bang-theory-sheldon-cooper-astrsmash-adult-black-shirt.html I think the basic idéa with screenshot t-shirts is great, and here is my suggestion for another one: Apart from looking cool It also makes a small statement. "3-D gaming, yeah we have that too... Had it for a while..."
  7. Well, actually they did. Just not with Intellivision. These titles are by Epyx for (my beloved) Commodore 64. Gameplay: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jb-Fs8e0iQE Gameplay: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ktPcoP2925Y Also, Barbie and Ken DID play Intellivision... http://www.old-computers.com/fun/default.asp?s=15 I suppose all of this is old news but I did not find anything (other than the comment in this thread) about it when I searched the page, and thought it was kinda fun. Does anyone know if these titles were ever considered for Intellivision? Perhaps some homebrewer is up for the task of producing a Barbie Intellivision game. Just in honor of the toy without which there would have been no Intellivision at all...
  8. COMMODORE64.SE INTELLIVISION FORUM http://commodore64.se/forum/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=6780 (Scandinavian Forums) This is just a thread really but it has stirred some interest since I started it. Old sales figures show that there are many thousands of intys in Scandinavia, but they are probably stacked away and forgotten about. (Commodore really owned the scene here back in the days) Some collectors in this thread seem to be somewhat into Inty though.
