  1. My wife found me an awesome deal on Fallout New Vegas from Best Buy yesterday. It was 8 bucks plus tax with free shipping so I got it for a little under $9 total. I know it's getting to be an older release now but still, what a deal! I was going to come here and post a link for others to get it cheap but I just checked and it's back up to $20. Just wondering if anyone else got one from Best Buy for the $8. I never played Fallout 3 so I hope that doesn't have too much of an impact with starting the series from New Vegas. I played the game a bit at my friend's house but mostly just messed around in the Casino, I had a lot of fun with Roulette. It looks like a pretty cool game, I'm excited to get it in the mail!
  2. PM sent for some manuals and a bump for that Animal Crossing Standee! I found one at a local game store a couple years ago and love it, someone should jump on it! The standee is really cool but then again, I'm an Animal Crossing freak, it's my favorite game series. I can't wait for Animal Crossing for the 3DS, I've been waiting and waiting for a release date but nothing yet.
  3. I was quoted $60 for these two games so they are still available. I don't see these being worth 30 bucks each, especially cart only...with peeling labels. Good luck with the sale.
  4. Wow, congrats on that find! What a great deal! I really hope the main label is in nice shape for you!
  5. Yeah, I do too but they rarely work out. It was odd that out of all the pretty cool games they have for sale, these were just about the only two that had BIN with Best Offer on it. The majority of their other games are just auctions started at what looks like top dollar if it gets one bid. I guess the seller just decided to have these two as Best Offer for whatever reason, worked well for me. I don't like that they made the B&W Demolition Herby with no end label, it will look like I'm missing a label when I display it with my other games. But, that's the way they made it so it's really not "missing". I know I wouldn't have accepted these low-ball offers on these Rarity 6 carts that look to be in pretty good shape. I'll probably be doing more low-ball offers from now on because like you said nvrmndtheruins, never hurts to try.
  6. I was actually just messing around when I put two Best Offer's on two games that were around 20 bucks each. I put one offer at $12 and the other at $10 and they actually excepted them. My wife said no more games until after XMAS and I really didn't think they would take the offers. She is not going to be happy to see the money come out of the bank account because I didn't have anything in PayPal to pay for them. Now I'm second guessing if they were good deals. Do you think I did fair? I think this is the most percentage I ever got off with Best Offer! They aren't screaming deals or anything but both for $22 plus ship: THRESHOLD R6- eBay Auction -- Item Number: 250936232097 & DEMOLITION HERBY (B&W) R6 - eBay Auction -- Item Number: 250920345925
  7. Very cool, I have an R7 with Atari Video Cube and soon to be Ram It. I don't have 007 yet but have been looking for it at a good price.
  8. Sent paypal for: Dark Chambers CIB Desert Falcon CIB Crossbow CIB Tomcat (error label) cart
  9. I think the idea is for a member to have his or her own thread to post their collection in. Show us some pics of your collection 8BitCam.
  10. Wow, that's a nice looking R.O.B.! I used to love playing Gyromite with him back in the day, he is something I have always wanted to add to my collection. When I get "game money", I usually end up getting something Atari related. Someday R.O.B.!
  11. Very nice! What is your best or most rare Atari cart?
  12. Thanks for the kind words. It's not a complete 7800 collection yet, I still need Tank Command and then I'll be complete. I'm going for truly complete with all label variations, manuals and boxes. So, with the boxes, I still have a ways to go but have a nice start with some hard to find boxes already added. Thanks again Master Phruby!
  13. I just updated my pics today and the list of what I need. I have 3 CIB 7800 games, 1 sealed 7800 game and 1 7800 cart coming in the mail. When I get that cart, I'll only need Tank Command for a complete collection!
  14. I have quite a few games for quite a few systems. Here's some pics of my current collection, it's always changing though....I like to have something in the mail to me at all times I am one cartridge away from a complete 7800 collection. I also have every 7800 instruction manual except two and I'm currently working on boxes, I have about 36 with the couple that are coming in the mail. Let me know if you have any good looking 7800 boxes that you don't see, I need them! Thanks for looking! Check it out: I know the pics aren't the greatest so I want to share a couple highlights of my 2600 cart collection. I have both versions of Star Strike, Atari Video Cube, Night Driver (Sears Pic), Ram It (Color Label) and River Raid II coming in the mail. I also have a Tomarc the Barbarian but the label isn't the best. I have a small stack of ColecoVision with the highlight being Word Feud and a Chuck Norris I found at a yard sale for a buck. I also have two new and factory sealed The Guy Game for XBOX. Lastly, I love my Animal Crossing: Wild World standee that you can see part of in the one pic, it was such a cool find for 8 bucks!
  15. Yeah, it's not a thrift find and yeah, I did post it in Auction Central but I'm so happy with this find that I'll brag about it twice! eBay Auction -- Item Number: 250929853756 a R7, a R6 and a R4....all for less than $20 shipped. Plus, I bought a common 7800 box that I don't have in my collection, really didn't need it sealed but the box looks nice. I'll probably open it to match the rest of my collection: eBay Auction -- Item Number: 330641357679
  16. I'm just curious and it's no big deal if you don't want to answer but where did you get this and what did it set you back? eBay Auction -- Item Number: 320795640051 When I first started to dabble on ebay, I sold a book for nearly $300 that I found in a box of books I bought for a buck. I remember the author's name was Charles Willeford and the title had something to do with Lust and a Lady or something. Anyway, I was just curious if you had a story on your book? Thanks! Jeremy STMOA
  17. Well, whatever happens, I do wish you the best of luck but you will be responsible for someone sporting a FUCK STEVE HARVEY shirt. I didn't know there was a population that dislikes him that much, going hard, LOL! Really though, good luck man! Jeremy STMOA
  18. I'm one cart away from a complete 7800 collection! Also, 2 manuals to go...now for boxes. I have a good start at 36 boxes, 38 if you count the box art variations
