  1. Yeah, it didn't help at all but they did know they're for the 2600, they just forgot/neglected to put it in the title. I don't think the "2600" was as much a factor as not having the right games in the title. I like they think some may be for the 5400 .
  2. And it helped that they just put the common title names in the title. No Ram It or River Raid II. Yeah, I'm excited to get this one in the mail...sent yesterday.
  3. I have all but River Raid II and Ram It and the last Tunnel Runner that sold went pretty good: eBay Auction -- Item Number: 370560175910 But, the one before that went on auction for $10 so that will get some of the $20 back or maybe most of it....none on ebay right now. I just found my Tunnel Runner a few weeks ago at a local used store for .99 cents and the label is great.
  4. eBay Auction -- Item Number: 250929853756 I'm pretty happy on this one, love to get that snipe in. They were recently shipped so I haven't received them yet, they look pretty good.
  5. PM sent for Tomcat Error Label! Still waiting to hear back, I hope I can get this one as it is one of only two carts I need to complete my 7800 collection.
  6. I've resurfaced many PS2 games and they always work great. I think it's something about the blu-ray with the PS3 games that doesn't allow resurfacing but like I said, I really don't know. It's just what I heard.
  7. Maybe it's the PS3 games I'm thinking of that can't be resurfaced? I don't know?
  8. WTF? eBay Auction -- Item Number: 110761701975 You know you want it!
  9. I didn't know you could resurface XBOX 360 discs, I thought that really messed them up. Did you test it after the resurface?
  10. I was really interested in the two game lot of Planet Patrol and Basketball but $11.20 shipping? Why so much for two games? BTW, only one "L" in Patrol.
  11. This is an interesting addition to your Atari auctions eBay Auction -- Item Number: 320795154417
  12. I just added a lot of 7800 instruction manuals, a sealed XBOX 360 game and a DS game by Shin Megami Tensei. Check it out! http://www.gamegavel.com/display.cgi?search=1&seller=spendtoomuchonatari
  13. Yeah, I thought it was a pretty cool find. Let us know if you do have both, but if not, which one do you have? I'm trying to figure out which one is harder to find, or maybe they are about equal. I still think the black lettering one is more rare but don't know. Does anyone else have both? Or, which do you have in your collection? Thanks for any thoughts. Jeremy STMOA
  14. Wow Lifegaurd, what an excellent find on some early Atari computer software! Congrats!
  15. I recently started putting some items up on Game Gavel so thought I would pimp them out here in Auction Central. I really don't have anything special up yet but will try to add some more good items. Check them out: http://www.gamegavel.com/display.cgi?search=1&seller=spendtoomuchonatari Thanks! Jeremy STMOA
  16. I believe you are able to sell without any fees being charged to you. It sounds great to me, I have a couple things up but will be listing more soon. I received the first item I bought from Game Gavel the other day and was very happy with it. A reasonably priced CIB 7800 Food Fight fits my collection perfectly. Here are my current listings: http://www.gamegavel.com/display.cgi?search=1&seller=spendtoomuchonatari
  17. When you click to list an item and it doesn't ask you to get a subscribtion through paypal, your account is upgraded.
  18. PayPal Sent for: Desert Falcon Dark Chambers Crossbow
  19. I'm feeling under the weather but I will also be putting some things up on Game Gavel soon. Thanks for updating my account to sell for free!
  20. I thought I'd bump this, really curious if the hardcore 7800 collectors have the black lettering box and/or cart for this Baseball. I just found out about the Tower Toppler variation and posted that so thought this would be good to have posted near it. Thanks for any replies! STMOA
  21. I re-read the email I received and answered my own question: "Our goal is to have everyone’s accounts upgraded by this Wednesday, November 16. A notification will be emailed to all existing members letting you know that it is completed and you can list and sell for free from here on out." ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Just in case you're not a member or are a member and didn't get the email, I have copied and pasted it, in case someone wants to read it. It's a long one but here goes: Hello everyone, As you know we have been hammering out GameGavel for almost four years. In this time it has sold a few hundred thousand dollars for our sellers but it needs a big time boost! So we are making the decision to upgrade everyone's account to a FREE SELLER ACCOUNT. So, if you are a member of GameGavel you will now have a free account for life on our system. And if you know any gamers that might want to get in on this deal, please let them know they have until this evening to get this premium account. We are currently sitting at 5700 members. We have grown our Facebook fan page to over 5,000 members. We figure we have around 10,000 unique people tied to the site in some form or fashion and want to take this base of users/fans to help us turn up the volume to 10! The one potential disadvantage of opening up this many free seller accounts is that sellers won't have a vested interest in running quality listings since you are paying nothing. So I beg all of you to educate yourselves on the items you are listing and create a listing that will sell your item or promote bidding (quality item photos, descriptions, realistic selling prices/starting bids/reserves, etc). Unlike eBay, you aren't being charged anything, so please step it up and create a listing that would entice you as a buyer. Next, promoting your listings is a must. You all are used to promoting your eBay listings in the forums. You have to do the same thing with your GameGavel listings. There is more competition than ever for your items and you need to do your best to promote them to the people in your gaming circles. It is my hope this will reinvigorate all of you with GameGavel accounts to step it up and come together so we can all show the gamers in the country, millions of them, we have a better alternative to eBay and they should all come over here to buy and sell. After the mass upgrade has been completed, those of you who have set up subscriptions through our system using Paypal can go into your Paypal accounts and cancel your subscriptions so our system won't be charging you anymore. Please wait to do this until we notify you the upgrade has been completed so you won’t lose your existing listings (if applicable). Please help us and your fellow gamers by listing a few things and promoting your listings on the forums you visit and also on our fast growing Facebook fan page http://www.facebook/gamegavel. We are slowly developing that critical mass needed to compete with eBay but still have a long way to go. Thanks again to all of you and I hope many of you will take advantage of this offer. Our goal is to have everyone’s accounts upgraded by this Wednesday, November 16. A notification will be emailed to all existing members letting you know that it is completed and you can list and sell for free from here on out. Mike Kennedy GameGavel.com
  22. I wonder when this starts? I just tried to upgrade my account to a seller account and it still asks me to "Subscribe" through paypal. I'm all set to list some items but I guess the free seller account thing hasn't happened yet. Anyone know when this is supposed to be implemented?
