Hey guys! I just received a Tower Toppler in the mail today which I bought for the box only so the cart was a duplicate....or so I thought. I just realized that Tower Toppler has a variation. The one I had came with the "7800" in Red Letters on the top, main label and "Tower Toppler" also in Red Letters on the end label. But, I just received one today that has Black Letters for the "7800" on the top, main label and "Tower Toppler" also in Black Letters on the end label. I had no idea about this variation and don't know which is harder to find or if they are about equal. I think the black lettering may be harder to find than the red letters but I'm not sure. The only other difference I can see is that the printing for the black lettering version isn't as vibrant and one is "Made In China" while the other is "Printed in Taiwan". I'm an avid 7800 collector and am really into variations for this system and the 2600 for that matter. Anyway, I thought I would point it out in case someone else collects for the 7800 and is into variations as well. The only difference I notice is in the lower left corner of the top label: RED LETTERING = Made in China BLACK LETTERING = Printed in Taiwan I have pictured the two different carts:

Yeah, I just received the email about this, very exciting! Like someone said above, I will have no reason to not post some things and give it a try. I just joined about a week ago to buy a 7800 game I needed and now this is happening. What good timing to become a member! It will be nice to be able to sell some lower priced games that aren't really worth selling on ebay because of all the fees. Alot of time I find myself wondering, "is this really worth posting when they take up to 15%?". I look forward to giving the selling a try, can't hurt since it will be free! Thanks to the OP for putting this up, Jeremy STMOA -
 I bought some 7800 games and boxes from CSaab900 and they were packed well and shipped quickly. Thanks for the great deal, highly recommended seller!

Yeah, I didn't pay too much for mine either but it wasn't factory sealed, just CIB. $20 does seem like a pretty good deal for it as it is a popular and scarce game for the system. But, as Tenorman said, there are a lot more rare games for the system than Ninja Golf.

I sent a few PM's myself and other then one brief reply, I am also waiting to hear back on my item of interest. Anyone here know his email? I PM'd about a couple things on September 27th and never heard a thing back. I really wanted that 2600 James Bond! -
Does your RealSports Baseball have white or black lettering for "BASEBALL"? Thanks!

Nice find, glad you got the lot for $30. I've found the key is to not show too much interest, act like you could take it or leave it when dealing with price haggling. You did the right thing by walking back to your car....that's where you got her, LOL! If the Mega Man 4 is in nice condition, you could probably flip that one on ebay for around half of what you spent on all of it. Just thought I'd let you know, thanks for sharing man! -
 Great person to deal with! I recently sold Austin a 7800 cart and everything went great! Highly Recommended!

If you have another $100 after buying the cart, you could have the instructions: http://www.atariage.com/forums/topic/190189-fs-tooth-protectors-manual-frogger-lab-loaner/

THIS ONE HAS BEEN SOLD, THANKS! Hey everyone! I have an extra Super Skateboardin' cart only that I'd like to sell or trade. It is the cartridge only and has been tested to work perfectly. The label shows some wear but is fully intact as you can see in the pic. I'm shipping to the US only and looking for the gift of paypal. $10 includes First Class shipping. I will trade for games of similar value - 2600 carts, 7800 boxes, Gamecube, DS, Wii, PS3 or possibly others. Just let me know, thanks! Jeremy STMOA

FS: What's Left of my 7800 Collection
SpendTooMuchOnAtari replied to Carey85's topic in Buy, Sell, and Trade
Do you have many boxed 7800 games? I'll buy CIB games just to get the box so I look forward to seeing what you have for the 7800. Good luck with your sale here. -
I received Super Skateboardin CIB in the mail today. It's a great addition to the collection but the size of the box makes it look weird on my shelf, the Absolute boxes are so much bigger.

I haven't bumped this one in a while and I'm now on the look out for 7800 boxes. So, if you have any 7800 boxes only, let me know. I do have a nice start with my boxes but have a long way to go to complete the set. I will get an updated pic up of my current box collection so you can see if you have any I need. I do have some on the way in the mail so will also list those since the picture won't show those. Thanks for looking! BOXES NOT SHOWN THAT ARE COMING IN THE MAIL: FOOD FIGHT SUPER SKATEBOARDIN' TOWER TOPPLER ONE ON ONE BASKETBALL JINKS WINTER GAMES If you have any boxes you don't see, please let me know. I'm also still looking for a Fatal Run box that's in really nice condition, the one I have is OK but has more wear than I like. Thanks again! STMOA

Yep, just goes to show that games and/or systems are only worth what someone is willing to pay. Crazy people can list things at crazy prices but if they don't sell it, it's not worth that price.

I agree! I already have the cart and instructions. I really just bought this item for the box and will try to sell the game and instructions to recover some of the purchase price and shipping. I recently did the same thing on ebay with a Super Skateboardin'....I have the cart and instructions for that one too so just bought it for the box. I find myself doing this more and more because it's pretty hard to find people that sell 7800 boxes only. Here's the Super Skateboardin' I recently won on ebay: eBay Auction -- Item Number: 280765656564

I found a CIB Food Fight for 8 bucks on Game Gavel. I've been looking on ebay for one and it's a fairly expensive game CIB. This was my first purchase on Game Gavel and the seller is a member here at AA. I never really considered becoming a member of Game Gavel but I'm pretty happy with this purchase. I just wanted to share my find, thanks for looking! http://www.gamegavel...how_item=561957 STMOA

I'm thinking that keeping them sealed would be that answer to that one. Nice find, you don't see sealed games at thrifts very often.
