  1. I just got all of the games out of the boxes to reduce the stress on them, got them all cleaned up nice and ready to be displayed with the others. I will then have my playing copies of certain titles too. It's coming along nicely and I added two more boxes to my collection: Fight Night and Super Huey, I got them sealed but I opened them because the wrap has warped the boxes because of how tight it is and would only get worse. I don't really like sealed games too much but do like a nice sealed Gamecube title! Not really sure why but I love the Cube too. I'll update the one pic of the 7800 games because the boxes are looking great but still a far way from a CIB set. Still really close on the cart and manual collection though which is one of the reasons I'm typing all this....a legit bump!
  2. You have some big competition out there, good luck.
  3. And even cheaper than that to hunt down the old cartridges. You might even have enough left over for a Famicom adapter and a copy of SMB2J! Well, that's if the buyer already has a NES system. Also, the NES isn't going to help with The Lost Levels game which is available from the Wii Shop Channel for 6 bucks.
  4. So, if you have more than 200 transactions but they do not equal $20,000 or over, then you shouldn't have a problem? Also, do the 200 transactions include the "gift" option?
  5. Amazon has it available but it's around $39 right now. It is cheaper to get all four games from the Online Nintendo Store, only $21 for them all.
  6. I wish that Tomarc was in better shape so I could make you an offer. You may want to post a starting price and then go from there. I've found people are more likely to buy when you have a price stated, even if you negotiate a bit on that price. Also, shipping is a big factor so the closer the buyer is to you, the cheaper it may be. So, if you don't want to really say where you are, you could just put the state you are in. The postal service has their "zones" which can determine price, depending on how you send it. Good luck man!
  7. Your last statement above is the reason I don't like to ship outside the US. I do for AA members on occasion which is mainly to Canada but on ebay, US only for me. I also tend to buy from the US only as well. It's just hard to get the Zellers carts I'm always looking for here in the states unless from another collector. I like me some Zellers, the artwork is kooky.
  8. I just want Tomarc, would you consider just selling that cart since I have too many systems right now. I have them piled all over, my wife is on my about it. I guess it depends on the label so can't wait for the pics!
  9. If you are going to be charged paypal fees, just throw it in the "S&H" and forget about it. You don't have to say that it is for some paypal fees but people do have to buy tape, bubble wrap, envelopes, in some cases, the sticker labels for paypal and so on... So, charging a bit more isn't too out there anyway. It's a small percentage and could be thrown in there. I don't know how hard they are going on the gift pay thing, maybe I will stop using it like that myself. I mean, won't consider ever doing that. F Paypal...but I use 'em.
  10. You're looking for the manual and I've been searching for the pic label cart. I saw I missed out on a few too. Good luck with your search, hope someone has one for you. I just have the text label cart.
  11. Actually, I looked at the PS1 find again and if I were at a sale and they wanted 2 bucks each on them or they said I could have the whole box for a buck each, I would take it. As long as the discs are in good shape and that's something that does come into play with ebay vs. sales. At least you can personally check the stuff out before you buy it if it's local. Sometimes this is good, especially when disc based. Carts can be cleaned up with little effort. I do look for sealed Cube games on ebay though, I just picked up a reasonably priced Alien Hominid to add to the collection but it will be hard to keep sealed. The kids love this one, although I do have it on PS2. I'm sure they will make some excuse to want to play it on the Wii though... "I'm sure it will sound and maybe look better, Dad!"
  12. Oh yeah man, there are still good deals on ebay. Look for it on auction and snipe it, auctions go lower than buy it now's in my opinion. Also, look for big lots like this. Most of my 7800 collection came from ebay and at very reasonable prices...most in a big lot too. Sometimes when I'm looking on ebay, I ask myself the following question: "if I were at a yard sale or thrift shop, would I buy this at this price?" And, of course, I consider the shipping. A lot of times I do find myself finding better deals on ebay than people are trying to get for games at sales. BTW, congrats on the PS1 find!
  13. What a weird find in the US, at a Goodwill too. Good one!
  14. Not collecting anymore? Oh, it's always there...that's why you picked it up. The hunt and the deals are too much fun to let go. Great deal by the way, especially nice that it's the "2".
  15. I sold AX two Saturn games and everything went great as always. Enjoy that one, it's the first time I've seen it in the 12+ years of collecting and always being on the hunt.
  16. I stopped by two spots last night and picked up quite a bit more. I have way too much stuff everywhere but just can't pass up the deals. The PS2 game and the Zelda guide were from a used clothing store that my wife wanted to stop at. I usually just find a DVD or something there so she was happy to buy me the $5 worth of goodies. Also, the Sega Master games were marked 99 cents but I had some points and got them for 49 cents each, that's better than most yard sale prices. .49 - SMS Action Fighter (Complete) .49 - SMS Miracle Warriors: Seal of The Dark Lord (Complete) .49 - SMS Altered Beast (Complete) .49 - SMS Y's: The Vanished Omens (Complete) 2.99 - SNES Frogger (Nice and Complete!) 2.99 - SNES Super Black Bass (Factory Sealed!) 2.99 - NES Exodus: Journey to The Promised Land 2.99 - NES Might & Magic: Secret of the Inner Sanctum 4.99 - GBA Breath of Fire II 6.99 - SNES Brandish (I got those ugly stickers off, it's nice now) 1.99 - GUIDE The Legend of Zelda Windwaker 2.99 - PS2 Samurai Champloo: Sidetracked (Complete) about 3.00 - CRAZY MARICOPA COUNTY, AZ TAX -------------------------------------------------- TOTAL SPENT = about $34
  17. Not too bad man, if you clean up that SNES system and flip it, you will have it all paid for. The rest is free. I also have bought a large box like you are talking about but in my case, boxes. And, it was about $200, not $30, LOL! I will be working on getting rid of the 2600 commons from that deal for a while. That was a while back though, here is the current news for me....
  18. You're good man, just keep an eye out. Things pop up all the time, patience is the key to not overpaying.
  19. I had to run back to the store I got all of the gameboy games I posted in the find above and was quite lucky. I couldn't believe when I walked up to the counter, he was just putting the prices on these. I mean, literally, just about to stick them on the shelf. $3.99 each on these Saturn games and they are Nice my friends!! Albert Odyssey Legend of Eldean (COMPLETE) Dragonheart: Fire & Steel (COMPLETE) How about a couple pics?
  20. That sure is nice looking! And, here's a link to the US ebay auction: eBay Auction -- Item Number: 170625304358 They are from Indiana.
  21. I updated my 7800 collection pics as I recently added many cool boxes. I also decided to snap a few more shots of some other dust collectors. EDIT: I just noticed I cut out 90 percent of my PS2 collection in the pics.
  22. First off, Orangest - those were some killer deals! I love Harvey Birdman, have it for PS2 and almost bought it for Wii even though I knew it would be the same, LOL Great finds! As for me? I ran into one yard sale on the way to take my son to school and decided to check it out even though I didn't have any cash on me. I saw this Pirate looking thing but seems complete and in great shape. I've seen these Power-Joy things before but not for $1 and not usually with the extra cart thing either. I checked the website and it exists but doesn't seem right, just sponsors and stuff, maybe they got sued for whatever this thing is. I haven't plugged it in yet but it really doesn't look as it's been used. I had no cash so I drove the quarter of a mile home, grabbed four quarters out of my change jar and went straight back. The girl had it back for me though and I didn't realize until I was leaving the second time that she's the girl from the clothing/thrift store I frequent for DVDs and games. She finally said something to me as I was leaving, I was wondering why she was so nice and sweet. PIRATE PIC TIME!
