Nice score! -
Wow, you can buy a lot of new games from them but quite expensive to build a 7800 collection that way. ebay has done me well with my 7800 carts and now some boxes too. Thanks a lot for that link!
-
Great! I tried to send you a PM but it said you can't receive any new messages. I'm interested in 8 of the boxes so was trying to ask what you were looking for on the following: karateka ace of aces one on one basketball fight night fatal run tower toppler asteroids dark chambers PM me and maybe we can work something out. Thanks a lot!

Sorry if my post had you second guessing man. Just telling you the truth, I did the same thing and there will come a time you may regret it. Once you have that Atari bug, it may come and go a bit but it's always there....somewhere.
-
I thought this several years ago and did the same thing, oh the regret! In the last 9 months or so I've picked 2600 collecting back up, plus nearly completed a 7800 collection which I never had before. You have some very nice looking carts there and I wish you luck with your sale, I actually wish I had more cash right now.

UPDATE EDIT: THESE HAVE BEEN SOLD, THANKS! Hi, I am stuck with two $5 bonus gift cards for Romano's Macaroni Grill. They are just like a regular gift card as far as I can tell except they can't be used for just alcohol. The back of the cards state that multiple cards can be used on the same check so you will get $10 off your bill. I know that Macaroni Grill isn't a restaraunt that is everywhere so I'm just looking for a paypal gift donation of $6 and I'll ship them for free. I would consider trades for the 2600, Gamecube, SNES, N64, GBA, DS and maybe others. I will quote everything from the back of the cards: " Bonus Card for $5 off of your food and drink purchase at any participating Romano's Macaroni Grill in the continental US. Multiple Bonus Cards can be used on the same check. The Bonus Card may be used only one time and applied to only one check. This Bonus Card is good for up to $5 off any meal at participating locations and excludes alcohol and gratuity. No change will be given if redeemed amount is less than $5. This Bonus Card is not valid in combination with any other discount or offer. Recipient is responsible for applicable taxes and fees associated with any restaurant visit. Bonus Card may not be exchanged for cash, sold, transferred or reproduced and must be presented and relinquished at time of redemption. Any unauthorized reproduction, sale, or transfer constitutes fraud. Void if lost or stolen. " The pic below is of the actual cards, thanks for looking!

Does anyone know what the boxes that say "V61" are from? Isn't that Video 61 which was a repair place or something?

Very nice! I paid $16 total for my complete Mean 18 but don't think I will be getting a deal on Tank Command. I should have it by the end of the year, my birthday is in November and then there is XMAS so if I don't have it by then, I bet my wife will get it for me. I've actually had a total of 4 Mean 18's at one time and had trouble even getting rid of one. Finally, I made a trade here at AA for some 2600 carts that I needed. I have one more CIB Mean 18 that I'm just going to hold for a trade with someone who may need it for their collection.

SlowCoder - DS Games For Sale
SpendTooMuchOnAtari replied to SlowCoder's topic in Buy, Sell, and Trade
PM sent for Deal of No Deal. My son loves that show for some reason so thought he may like the DS game. Thanks! -
I was miscounting, I think I was tired or just out of it LOL! Anyway, I recounted and I have 56 unique titles and am missing Tank Command so I think I am just one cart away. However, I do need that damn Tomcat error cart still to complete by label variation collection. Because, when I counted my games, I took off the red label Ballblazer, the Realsports Baseball with the different color lettering, the two different looking Pole Position II's and I have two Food Fight's that have different copyrights and look a bit different. Now, I just need a couple more instructions and am on the hunt for 7800 boxes. I don't want my quest to end, I am going for boxes now just so I can keep the hunt going. If I was just going for cart and instructions, I would be nearly done and it's too much fun so boxes it is. Now, where the heck am I going to fit them? And, more importantly, how what will the wife think about it? She'll get over it. I think I have a good amout of the common games empty boxes still? Have ta look, but pretty sure. Cool, shoot me a PM if you have any. Looking for them to be in nice shape but don't have to be perfect. Thanks man!

LOL, thanks for the kind words Chris! But, I'll never run out...been collecting, trading and selling for over a decade now and see no signs of letting up. I will always have my personal collection and then dupes or just games that I come across that I either don't have a system for or just don't have a place in my collection for...these are my trades and sales. I often buy lots on ebay or at a yard sale if I see a few things that I could use for my collection. Then, I end up having dupes or games I just don't need. I usually end up with a better deal if I just make an offer or ask "how much for the whole box" at the yard sales or swap meet. I'm here to stay, I enjoy gaming very much but it's the "hunt" that drives me and never gets old for me. I hit everything from yard sales, swap meets, thrift stores, used game stores, record shops that are starting to carry old school games and even an occassional dumpster dive. Last year I found over a $100 worth of jewelry in a dumpster and just sold it for scrap (gold, silver and a small diamond IIRC). I'm the guy that has no problem actually hopping in that dumpster if I see something or have a feeling. Also, thanks to everyone who I've had the pleasure of dealing with by either a trade, a sale or buying from. I appreciate all the kind words in my feedback thread and always do my best to make every deal as easy and accurate as possible in addition to adding a comment to your feedback. I always keept it real and honest because that's how I like to be treated. AtariAge is about the only forum I frequent as I don't do the facebook or myspace thing and never felt like I fit in at DP. I do like NintendoAge but just don't spend much time there. I like Nintendo too but I'm all about the Atari at heart so AA is the place for me....the one and only really. Thanks for everything you guys!

I didn't find anything exciting but did stop at my usual spot to pick some things up that I had on hold. And, as I was there, I saw some more 99 cent N64 carts that I couldn't resist. They had a bunch of sports like football, baseball and all that but I was only interested in those if they were Blitz or Slugfest. Anyway, the prices were good and I also picked up a bunch of the Nintendo 64 hard plastic cases that they used to make. I have about 20 of them but don't know if I really want them. Maybe someone here or on ebay would want them. Here's what I found for about $15 Total including the crazy 9% tax here: I had a little bit of points so the 1.99 NFL Blitz game was really only 99. I had never heard of RAT ATTACK so thought I would try it for $3 and thought THE NEW TETRIS was also worth $3 -
I recently won an ebay auction that is going to complete a good many of my 7800 games. I'm so excited to receive the package, I know which boxes I'm getting but it looks like a lot of different instructions in there. I can't tell much of what's there so that will be like a bonus surprise. And, the price wasn't too bad considering a few of the boxes that's in there and I couldn't resist free shipping! Only about $1.50 per box and a bunch of free misc instructions. I need all of those boxes except three. Check it out: eBay Auction -- Item Number: 150576770088 I'm going to get an updated picture up of my collection, especially after I get the package in the mail and make some room on my shelves...somehow. Thanks for checking out my upcoming upgrade.

Another great transaction, always a pleasure. Thanks man!

HatefulGravey bought a bunch of 2600 carts from me and everything went great. He was very patient while I gathered the games I'm selling and got them pictured. The payment was immediate, I look forward to any future dealings, thanks!

Another perfect deal with Chris, sold him a couple 2600 carts and everything went great as usual. Always a pleasure to deal with. Thanks man!
-
I recently sold toptenmaterial a couple GBA games and everything went great. I look forward to any future dealings with this member. Thanks for making this such an easy deal!

Outbid by a buck... lucky I was being cheapo AX I should have known, that was you man! LOL! Well, thanks for not going too hard, they are going to make some cool games I have CIB. Also, not outbid by a buck, sniped by a buck.

I don't know what two games I'm missing then. Hmmmm, weird. I'm going to recount mine. I counted 58 carts but had to take off 4 because they are in there as label variations.
-
How many US retail release 7800 carts are there? I have 54 unique titles and thought I was only missing 1, Tank Command. I'm not counting variations I have like the Ballblazer red end label and the two different Pole Position's or different lettering Realsports Baseball. I'm also not counting the error Tomcat, just the one. I'm asking about just different titles, not variations at all. I need to get a pic of my 7800 collection up but it's missing that darn Tank Command so doesn't feel right. I think I might anyway. Also, I scored some awesome boxes in an ebay auction recently that will complete a bunch of my games including some rarities. The price was great I think and it comes with instructions for all sorts of systems and I can't really see what there is. It will be a nice surprise with the instructions, I'm happy just getting the boxes. I'll also have a Light Gun box now too and I don't have the light gun yet. I just need it loose now.
