  1. This guy is trying to convince me that there was a Balloon Fight for atari and that he has one and hes willing to sell it to me along with an atari and 19 other games for two dollars. When I tell him that there never was a Balloon Fight for Atari he says no it's very rare and then they remade it for NES. I ask him if he's thinking of Joust and he says that its not called Joust its called Balloon fight and its a small black cartridge and it's sitting right in front of him. He says he'll get a picture. So I wait. He says his scanner is broken. Now I'm 99.999999999999999% sure that there isn't and never was a Balloon Fight for the Atari 2600 Video Computer System I just need someone to confirm my doubts. Thanks.

  2. I'm thinkin about maybe buying a Vectrex when I get some money. I like to research everything I buy to make the best decision before I buy something. I was wondering what was the best site that told about Vectrex games, had screen shots, maybe even reviews. Thanks a lot!

  3. Anticipation- A board game where it connects the dots and you have to figure out what it is before your opponent or before the time runs out.

Ninja Kid- Game about a Ninja Kid trying to stop hell coming into the world or something. I don't know the story but it's fun!

T & C Surf Designs- Fun skating and surfing game.

Track and Field- Almost identical to the Atari 2600 Activision Decathalon.

Simpsons Bart Vs. the World- Just a Simpsons game. very fun!

Wheel of Fortune- The game show on cartridge. Nuff' said.

Anyone ever play any of these? I think theyre fun.

Also I saw someone say that they imported GTA on NES. Does that GTA stand for Grand Theft Auto? That would be weird lol.

  4. I was reading the Atari Age magazine Volume 2 Issue 1 and on page 10 it had a whole page about the atari keyboard component. Was it ever released? I've never heard of it before. I know Atari would sometimes say things were coming out but they were never released. Thanks and Happy Holidays!

  5. Kaboom  :x  I can't get over 325. It's impossible to me!

Pitfall II: I can't even get past the first little taradactyl thing you come across. How do I?

Notice that the Condors fly in a sort of Sine wave pattern from high to low. Pick a spot where it will be up high and quickly duck under it before its wing flaps down to hit you. You can run away from it a few times to try to get an idea of where you'll have to stand to get under it. This is the toughest part of the entire game.

For Kaboom!-it's a must to have a good non-jittery set of paddles. Maybe yours need to be cleaned inside.

No, my paddles have been cleaned before and they are real smooth. I don't know, maybe I just suck.

Oh yeah, by the way thanks for the advice :P

  6. Does it make you sad when your at work or school and all you think about is going home and playing your Atari but theres still about SIX HOURS left in the day? I find myself just waiting for that bell to ring so I can go home and pop in a cartridge and play the rest of the day!

  7. I used the expansion port on my Super Nintendo.  I've got one of those Exertainment Stationary Bicycles hooked up to it.  They were supposed to release a whole line of games to play with the bike, but never did.  It seemed to die out quickly and was very expensive, but I like it!  Anyone else ever seen one of these?

Are you serious dude? That doesn't sound too real....

  8. I was looking at my collection earlier and I noticed that some games have an asterisk behind their name on the front label. I thought maybe it was because they were arcade ports but Centipede and Joust and Donkey Kong and Q*Bert don't have them. The ones that do are Mrs. Pac Man, Asteroids, Space Invaders, and Berzerk. Can anyone help me?
