Got a controller and light gun for my soon to arrive SMS but after taking them apart to clean I could really use to replace the screws due to rust/corrosion and stripping..... Where the heck do I get some replacements... local hardware store was a big bust. Thanks for the help.

My current HDTV is an insignia that lacks a frustrating amount of input options namely... s video and composite - My wife bought it as a surprise a few years ago when we didn't have a lot of money so I wont dare complain about it....( Eagerly awaiting the sale of my home to get into a bigger one and get a new TV with all the inputs and multiples of them!) Anyways need some opinions on the AV 2 HDMI upscale units out there. I am usually good going the cheapest route and buying cables and other switch boxes or converters like this from generic model sellers( try to buy from U.S. sellers even though it was made by the seller from China anyway..), but there is really big price difference between the generic ones( even a big gap between some of the generic models) straight from China that ship in 7- 1000 days and the "name brandish" ones. Reviews, thoughts, and places to get them besides the usual eBay, newegg, etc are welcome and encouraged.

Odyssey 2 family, I am wondering and hoping someone has a few or a bunch of Videopac flip cases they are willing part with that is located in the US. I am currently trying to catch up on homebrews and want to knock a little bit off the cost of shipping from overseas which is where the majority of them will be coming from. So I just looked at the prices for gamecube games on the website. If these prices hold true they are actually comparable or cheaper to what they go for on eBay. Legend of Zelda games are all marked as 29.99 and Mario Party games are 19.99. I was very surprised.

That is not a real game. It was a April fools joke that was sent out with homebrew game: Dark Dungeon from this site: http://www.videopac.fr/ I think there is just some music on it and maybe a title screen

Are you referring the post with Intellivision and Odyssey 2 homebrews for sale in the marketplace from a a week or so ago?

I read this every Sunday morning. Very cool to hear him talk about games he is working on or ideas he has had for games and give details about issues slowing down completion or stopping it all together. Also cool to hear the stories from his childhood.

I say we implement a limit to amount of times someone can post about the amount of free items certain people are claiming! My view on this is the same as when people steal things( not saying these people are stealing). They need it more then I do and once I decide to part ways with it, or don't have it any more I really should not worry about what happens to it after that or who it goes to. We are ensuring the livelihood of the gaming community 1 or more unwanted items at a time, and getting the games or items to someone who will enjoy them. Doesn't matter to me if the take it to sell it or not. Another thought is that you don't know the financial situation of most people on this site. A few years ago I would have been grabbing anything and everything I could from this forum that interests me had I belonged to the site back then. My wife and I could barely afford our bills so new games of any sort( current or retro) for me only came at my birthday, Christmas, borrowing from a friend, or hoping Gamestop wasn't going to low ball me on trade in value( stopped trading in long ago). FYI: I have never actually gotten anything from this forum, but I have PM'd some offerers and said I will take it if no one claims it over the next few days, and I have offered up a few O2 items I had laying around that were extra. Let's not ruin a good system by adding layers of unnecessary rules(we are not the federal government)
