  1. Me again.... So can you still reproduce costum labels that you don't have on your list? I do have many titles I would love new labels. Let me know! Thank you!!!!
  2. Yyyeeessss!!!! Finally got my hands on Tutankham today!!! In fact, today I got 3 Parker Bros games; Tutankham, James Bond 007 and Frogger II Threedeeep. All in very good condition!!! Now up to 75 ColecoVision games! All in around 2-3 months!
  3. It's the beauty of it all!!! I can only wish I fall upon a Parker Brothers cartridge and end up with Tutankham.....!!!!!
  4. I didn't even know that such a thing existed. What I would really like is a handheld that uses real ColecoVision cartridges! Imagine carrying such a thing and going to flea markets and yard sales, you could test and try used games right away!! Would be awesome!
  5. Best of luck! It's so fun! And I don't care about bad labels or unlabeled carts now that I know of PBoland's labels, can always stick on a new one!
  6. Sure you might get a non working game too, but hey, it's well worth a buck or two!
  7. Pretty cool find! Obviously you always daydream about finding a rare or uncommon game but chances are slim. But Beamrider was cool. Anyway, finding an Activision unlabeled cartridge is almost a garantee of getting a great game anyway!
  8. I find it really appealing to buy unlabeled games and I don't mind spending around 2$ a piece. Unlike lottery where you spend 5-10 dollars knowing that at most you'll win 1-2$ on a lucky day. To me, that's money I don't like to spend on.
  9. Being on the topic of mystery cartridges, I figure it's even more fun than buying a regular labeled cart, it's like opening a christmas present in some way, never know what to expect inside. Only downside is if you get a non working game. I don't really mind getting doubles, being unlabeled carts, the sellers usually sell them really cheap.
  10. Went to a flee market today in Montreal and stopped at a used games counter. I really love to look around to find ColecoVision carts I don't own, but what gets he really excited is when I find unlabeled mystery cartridges. Today I found 3 ColecoVision carts and an Activision unlabeled cart also. Was all excited all the way back home, 2 hour ride to let my mind run crazy...!!! Will I discover a rare or common game, a game I don't own or a double of whatever game it might be???? Surprise time ahead!!! As soon as I got home I started by cleaning the carts real good becase they really had a few years of dust all over them, then I started with the 3 standard CV carts and kept the Activision for last..... Here are my new found treasures: Venture Donkey Kong Cosmic Avenger And finally the Activision cart: Beamrider I own all of these, but a friend doesn't so he's in for a treat this weekend. He's just starting collecting so it's all good for him. He will order new labels for the carts too, though I think PBoland does not reproduce Beamrider. My little story of the day! I just love this mystery discoveries, it's a real blast!!! Some of you have same stories??
  11. All great titles, I will get Frenzy in a dew days too from another seller. Can't wait to finally play this game!
  12. NIAD, a friend of mine recommended playing with the roller controller. Now I finally ordered Frenzy and also 2010 ( I took your recommendation Pixelboy ), can't wait to play both!! Still get an incredible kick out of buying and playing CV games for the first time!!!!
  13. Yeah I have been thinking of the AtariMax SD, but I feel it's gonna take the real fun out of collecting the carts. Miner 2049er is pretty good, but I don't play it that much for whatever reason....
  14. When I play Pepper II, I usually set it on level 2. Not so hard but still, I managed to turn the score counter at least 3-4 times in a row, managing to finish cube levels at least around 20+ times but lost count... I stopped because I was getting nowhere, not dying enough... will start playing on level 3 now,
  15. My gaming spree has reached new heights this weekend!!!! Titles that I abused: Pepper II Heist Beamrider Mr.Do ( again ) Frogger Started a bit of Decathlon... stopped really fast when I realised ( remembered ) this game is a controller destroyer...!!!!
  16. Thanks Pixelboy! I think î'll just go on a crazy Colecovision marathon this weekend, play all my games ( I have 70 as of now ) and will play all of them for a minimum of 30 minutes each, should fill my need for CV for a while!!!!!
  17. Venture and Tapper have been played alot lately also!!! Frenzy, I am actually on the lookout to buy it as soon as I find it, never had it, never played it! I really want to get my hands on this one!!!
  18. Oh Montezuma's once was my favourite game, back when it came out! I would play it all the time! I still play it pretty often too, really one of the best Coleco games!
  19. Now that the nice weather is here, should I drink beer and enjoy the outside world or should I drink beer and enjoy my ColecoVision... bah i'll just bring my Colecovision outside!!

  20. Hi all! Have been playing lots of Colecovision lately, more than usual. I am still impressed by the high quality this console had Under the Hood, really powerful and complete quality for it's time. Right now I have played sooooooooo much Pitfall II that I can now regularly finish it with a perfect score and without a scratch, what a great game! I still can't bring myself to play Pitfall 1 as much, but the second opus is so good! Same goes for Mr.Do, what a great title, everybody loves this game, simple, fun, just all around great game. What have you been playing lately? Might bring me ideas to what to play now that I have abused of the two titles above..
