Hey I don't know if this will help anyone but it would be nice if it did I needed help with an atari has it's joystick and no one here seemed a to be able to help so o looked online and found this great website

I don't know what to try next. I know it's not the switch box/ rca cable, i tested the chips as best I could, I cleaned it. What does that leave? Soldering and power?

I don't know much about the power supply but I thoufht Atari had a special console just for Sears that was the same as the Atari 2600

And I thought thre sears telegames was just a rebranded Atari made especially for Sears?

Power supply says seats telegames so universal? Also I tried on channel 3 will go to channel 2 and check. And I'm using and adapter

The tv hums, Im not sure if I'm using power supply or universal, how do i check that? And I cleaned the contacts and all my games.

Basically, a friend ofine had a broken Atari and thought maybe I could fix it. So I have been working on it and so far when I turn it on with no cartridge on it black screens with a humming sound. However, with a cartridge in, it does the same. Please help

And the number is 812-870-6883 I would text them because for some reason theres no voicemail but there cheap and so a good job so I'd text them or message them on he website because they helped my with my atari 5200 and a joysrick I think they do all Ataris though
