Same here, the majority of my collection has come from the US. If I am bidding for an expensive lot I always ask the seller about low value on the customs form even before I place any bids ---- It makes a big difference as to weather I actually bid or not or even the actual amount. UK import duty is expensive if you get busted, I know from many a past experience as I am sure other are from Europe. $100 value of the game 6% import tax on games total is now $106.00 Then the total of the shipping is added say $5.00 total is now $111.00 17.5% is then added on this total $19.45 total is now $130.45 Then the comes the final piss take and depending on who delivers the package. Royal mail charge £4.00 for handling $7.30 Parcel force charge £8.00 handling $14.50 Total is either now $137 or $145....

Same here also, once the package has been put into the mailbox thats it, no way are you getting it back, only way is to have it arrive at its destination and have it resent back to you.

As far as I know there is NO WAY of telling the format of a cart by looking alone. I have an old black and white portable TV connected to a PAL jnr. If I insert a PAL cart then the screen is normal, if I insert a NTSC cart then the screen rolls badly (Simple test but effective).
