I now have springer.. Stiill need Jawbreaker, Marauder and Polaris (blue label) if anyone here can help me... Also after Parker brothers Sky skipper and Jedi Arena and finally Spectravision/video Master builder Tapeworm Planet patrol I already have them all in PAL just looking for NTSC... Thanks
-
Geez, even a total jackass could see it!!! For some reason I expected it to be an awfully blurred picture, with a "roo" cart almost hidden below a ton of crappy things! Wow, no need to be an experienced collector to see that the cart was there for real, in this case!!! I find it hard to believe that she is in good faith, after seeing the picture! Keep going on with the complaint, Kepone! I know, its a great picture, doesn't matter how quickly the picture is removed, just trawl through the cache on you p.c and you will find it , well eventually...

Too hard for me also,,, its been a while since I last played the game but I didn't do very well at all.. Very frustrating game
-
For all to see what was advertised
-
In fact I myself bid on this item so I may even have the pic in my cache. I will check for you when I get home,, I am currently at work...
-
How do I even do this? Could you tell me how? Depends what operating system you are using. Windows Explorer Look for Windows folder Then look for Tempory internet files They look in the folders. Maybe a better idea to use Paintshop pro or some other application and browse on the files.. All pics will be found for you.

The seller is taking the piss... Send an E-mail stating the fact that you paid £3.50 for the postage plus and additional £1.37 for something that cost the seller 26p. Ask for a refund of the postage costs and if he/she doesn't agree or reply then I agree with Jerseydevil that you should neg them.

Man that sucks.... There was definately a Quintanta roo -Sunrise in this lot as I had it in my watch list, I even made a small bid but never bid anymore as the pirce had risen quite a lot when I last looked. He should be thrown out of E-bay for not selling what is advertised..

Selling PAL cart and insinuating that it is NTSC?
Atari-dj replied to kheffington's topic in Auction Central
Like I mentioned earlier this is mostly true but not always the case. There are a few collectors in europe who know the difference, some of which are members here, I don't want to list names but you know who they are. If I list my River patrol as NTSC, how many of you would try and do a side deal with me even though I am in the UK.. -
Selling PAL cart and insinuating that it is NTSC?
Atari-dj replied to kheffington's topic in Auction Central
Well as for someone that is from Europe myself (UK) I would also tend to agree with Pitbull's comments unless the person you are buying from is also a reputable collector. I have hundreds of carts both PAL and NTSC which have come from all over the world, some even from you guys on here If I list anything as NTSC you can be sure that it is this format as I test every cart before I list it.. -
Same here

Amendment to eBay.co.uk Surcharge Listing Policy - 6th June, 2004 On Sunday, 6th June, 2004, eBay.co.uk will be amending its current Surcharge Listing Policy. eBay will adopt the following surcharging policy in the interests of ensuring that all buyers receive clear and accurate pricing information when trading on eBay.co.uk. This surcharge policy applies only to items listed on eBay.co.uk. eBay will prohibit surcharging by sellers except where described below. Surcharging occurs when sellers pass the charges they incur for using eBay or third party services such as payment services onto buyers. Specific examples are explained below for your guidance: 1. Electronic Money Services Sellers who accept electronic money services as a means of payment for an item purchased on eBay, may not impose a surcharge. Electronic money services include, but are not limited to, services such as PayPal, Nochex, FastPay or Moneybookers. 2. Cheques and Money Order Sellers may not charge buyers an additional fee for their use of ordinary forms of payment, including acceptance of cheques and money orders. 3. eBay Fees Sellers may not pass onto buyers any eBay selling fees including but not limited to listing fees, listing enhancement fees and final value fees. Exceptions to the Surcharge Policy: 1. Credit and Debit Card Payments: Surcharging is permitted where sellers accept credit or debit cards as a means of payment for an item purchased on eBay. Such sellers will have merchant accounts with a bank or credit card company. These sellers may not pass on to the buyer a charge greater than the amount of the commission payable by the seller to the bank processing that credit or debit card payment. In other words, sellers may recoup the charges incurred as a direct consequence of accepting the credit or debit card, but no more. Please note that under English law, sellers have a legal right to pass onto the buyer the charges incurred for a credit or debit card transaction. However, this right does not apply to electronic money services. Where a credit or debit card is used to purchase electronic money to fund a transaction made via an electronic money service such as the ones listed above, this is not a credit or debit card transaction, but an electronic money service transaction. 2. Posting and Handling: Sellers may add a reasonable posting and handling fee to the final price of their item, providing that this fee is disclosed up front in the listing. A posting and handling fee can cover only the seller's reasonable costs for mailing, packaging and handling the item. Posting and handling fees cannot be listed as a percentage of the final sale price. 3. Escrow: Sellers may pass along the costs associated with using a third party escrow service, if the buyer chooses to use an escrow service and if the costs are disclosed and agreed to in advance by the buyer. 4. Different Currencies: Sellers may choose to accept payment in a different currency than the currency listed on eBay. If the buyer chooses to take advantage of this optional payment method, the seller may pass along to the buyer any costs associated with the currency exchange, provided that the costs are disclosed and agreed to in advance by the buyer.

How are you supposed to read this one..... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...ssPageName=WDVW

Quite close to me also so I may be going, depends on workloads... What day(s) are you going Sat/Sun or both?
-
Yes I was also refering to PAL. There are not very many NTSC Mangia's around. Any NTSC that do show up on e-bay would be questionable and if confirmed would fetch $$$$$$$$$
-
I have seen them sell for more in the past $150...
-
Great deal on all 4 Star Wars games for the 2600 !!!
Atari-dj replied to CPUWIZ's topic in Auction Central
